Can we eliminate the 4 min deep fry by letting the Taco Size Banh Xeo rest on the baby hill on the crunchy taco holder? I feel like we can let it dry and crisp and let the oil drip…
@@namseatery I also made some for my family beforehand. I told them to air fry it later on to keep both sides crispy. But, I will try these one of these days. Unless, you’re in California, I’ll check out it out.

My recipe is already on point, but I love the idea of the crunchiness inside and out. This way, the crepes can stay crispy for a long time.
It's great for grab-n-go DIY tacos for guests at parties!

Very crispy! I try to cut the pork smaller than the shrimp so they finish at the same time. Bang bang! 😂
