It’s still going would you believe. But in my experience the only thing that works is fining people for littering. In cardiff litter enforcement officers were issuing fixed penalty notices and it worked. Not sure if they do anymore.
london is too far gone the city is one step away from people using the streets as toilets like in third world countrys south east where i live is nice place to live but their building all the housing estates on once lovely fields were all fucked no keeping britain tidy now its gonna become a massive housing estate if it werent for the protected forests and woods they would be gone too

I met Kim briefly whilst repairing a coffee machine at Welcome Break ( Warwick north bound ) services on the M40 a few years ago. I was on my hands and knees mopping up a load of water on the floor and as I moved around still mopping up with the blue roll suddenly there were a pair of feet ( with shoes on ) at my hands , I looked up and it was Kim, hands on her hips looking down at me with a smile, that's what I like to see young man! She said, that's what I like to see young man !! Had a chat for a few minutes, what a delightful lady, was a pleasure meeting you if you are reading this Kim. ( Coffee Nation engineer at the time ). ;-)

I love this woman, she gives me Mother hen type vibes. Love her good old fashioned honesty. Hasn't forgot where she came from, is humble in her riches and thankful for her success, loves and respects her husband and doesn't appear to publicly slander or belittle him for giggles, like so many disrespectful modern day women do because they think it's cool to be bitchy.

Hiya. Mrs Woodburn worked as a social care worker in a care home I was in. I was 10 then. 1980. She loved us all so much and taught us self respect and turned us into confident young women. I will always love her. She hasn't changed one bit bless her 🎉❤

I love the fact that Kim is a successful, bold, confidant woman without forcing feminine issues down your throat.
She's worked to get to where she is, within the society she grew up in and still appreciates chivalry. A dying breed, unfortunately.

I sitting here feeling like crap with covid and this woman made me smile and laugh by speaking the truth as she sees it. Its sad she never had kids as she would have made a fantastic grandmother. We need more people like her on TV and less millennial cry babies who want to be a victim.

Wow 2 of my favourite people, love Kim, I met her in Maidstone mall when she was in Panto and gave me a badge ` I believe in fairies`, still have it, much enjoyed this talk, and Kim looks gorgeous in the flesh, tall slim and stunning, and you still are Kim.

I totally agree with Kim Woodburn here. Not only have we lost pride in our surroundings. In the main British people have lost their self-respect and manners. We have also lost our reliability and our integrity. I see all around me people who don't want to do anything for anybody and the lack of get up and go with British people as well. Not only are we lazy now. But we're increasingly dishonest as well and in the main can no longer be trusted. Look all around you and everything is become so corrupt and unable to be trusted.
The period between 1997 and 2010 under 2 disgraceful prime ministers one called Tony Blair and the other one called Gordon Brown. Brought on the rapid decline in British standards. Both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown's administration I've got a lot to answer for and so have what was new labour. You can't trust a socialist even a champagne socialist. Just look at Jeremy Corbyn. Diane Abbott and Emily Thornberry. Doesn't that say it all?
Kim Woodburn certainly does not come across as a socialist to me and that's got to be good. I totally agree with her with respect to the death penalty. We should also bring back conscription and the cane in schools. Discipline starts in the home as far as I'm concerned and parent should be given free reign over disciplining their children. We should stop this namby-pamby woke dreamy agenda. I in the main totally despise cultural Marxism and all it represents.
I like Kim's approach to things and I really do think the young in this country have got this brittle weak triggered woke and cowardice approach and Outlook to life. British people for Pete's sake stop running away all the time and get yourself a backbone and let's start getting things done

Cane is a tad far. Discipline is required though, that's been lost. And the problem isn't the lack of integrity of the left as that's not changed. It's that there isn't any true conservativism. The laws aren't upheld. That's what you get when you dehumanise the unborn child.
