- Which plant grows Cardamom spice, and where in the world it's being grown? Why is it called the Queen of Spices? How many types of Cardamom do you know, besides your typical green Cardamom? Do you know the difference between the green, the white, and the black cardamom? Did you know that Cardamom was used for centuries not only as a spice, but also medicinally? And which "relatives" of the Cardamom producing plants produce other spices, that you might have in your kitchen right now?
Watch this video to have all these (and more) questions answered

Thank you for a very lovely video, full of carefully collated information which has been so well brought together. The music was pleasant but wasn't so loud as to make it hard to hear you and the pictures were relevant, useful and clear. Your voice has beautiful lilt to it. I enjoyed this video and learning more about a spice that I have just begun to try. Thanks again.
🙏
Great Video🏆🏆🏆
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it

Ha-ha, that's how I feel - going down the rabbit hole - when I follow a thread of information about a plant that attracts my attention! It's a great journey... I bet your enjoyment of Chai has a new depth now
Since recently I used to make an infusion with fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Now, watching the video I tried to chew one green cardamom seed. What a surprise!! I feel my mouth so fresh, with a taste so good and every breathe is so fresh, so clean. The taste reminds me the flavor of some old sweet bakery, some dry biscuits. A truly experience. The video is so good, a calming voice, real informative. Thank you very much🙏🏻!
Glad you got to experience something new (the taste of pure cardamom seeds)! Little delights are important "spices" of life
Nice video...very informed ❤

What a sweet video! I love cardamom in my coffee and hot chocolate. So delicious. Now I want to grow my own!
You can try planting the seeds from a pod... maybe they won't grow because they are too old. And maybe they will grow. Let us know what happens
I love cardamom. I used cardamom from tea to soups to cakes to ice cream to smoothies! It's absolutely wonderful. It's also great in conjunction with saffron in teas. I love love love this channel😊❣

What a lovely voice.
Thank you for sharing this 🙏 wonderful information about cardamom ❤❤❤🎉❤❤❤
Glad you liked it! And glad to share good info
Many thanks!
You're welcome!
Excellent video, though I much prefer that tutorials have no music. It is often difficult to hear the message. ❤
Thank you, and sorry you had to strain to hear. Having music in a video is kinda a standart that I try to stand up to, striving to make it not over run the narration. I will try harder in the future, making music an enhancement rather than an obstacle
@@AuthenticGardening I just have to say, just because someone adds music to a video does not make it a good video. A great many more tutorial style videos do not ever add music. They use their voice only to deliver the message. This allows the ‘student’ to hear an entire sentence without having to continuously push replay. ❤️❤️
@@AuthenticGardening Get rid of that music!
Thank you!
With great admiration to inform you that am a farmer of CADAMOND. I seek assistance to buy my crop. And your kilo
Thank you
Your quick response is very much appreciated.
I love cardamom, but I'm just a regular person without any business connections. Good luck to you developing your business!
Pls let me know how to grow it in my backyard for own use, I live in the tropics. Thanks in advance
I'm drinking Cardamom in my Coffee right now.
Mmmmm!.... I love when people get curious about the foods they consume, where those come from....
@@AuthenticGardening ~ Yes, I was drinking my Cardamom Coffee and wanted to watch videos about Cardamom. Enjoyed your video in the process.
At the grocery store they sometimes have in the international isle a Brazilian coffee made in Lebanon with Cardomom. Not a big coffee package though. You get a bunch uses out of it. Had been a while since I had it & felt it was needed so some is in my cup right now. I 💖 nature & how female so much of it is, so I love calling it cardaMOM! Did not know it was part of the ginger family.✌
Turmeric at this one store I sometimes get their tincture that has it with the shiitake 🍄.
Carda-MOM.... Love it! I think it's pretty standard in that region of the world to make coffee with cardamom. Turkish coffee is like that too. You can actually add ground cardamom to your regular coffee while making it, and you'll have a similar result
I'm chewing the seeds about to use some harpé
Cheers!
Such a wonderful video.... such awful music.
Well, I'm not a professional... just your regular grandma who loves plants and makes videos at home😉. I'm very please you got something you liked out of the video!
🟣I USE IT EVERY DAY ALONG WITH CLOVES 🟣🌺🌿🌺🌿🌺🌿🌺🌿
