Speaking of questions, I have one. There have been footages and reports of Hail falling down in some areas of the Philippines. We're a tropical country so it's kinda odd that hail is falling at some places here. Is that weird or it's just going to fall depending on certain conditions? Thanks!

Hi hope this helps. Since the hail( where ice attaches to a particle of dust!) forms as it travels up and down in a thunder cloud, it partially melts coming down , then rises again on string updraft, depositing more vapour, which freezes again. This goes on until the weight is too much for the up draft, so instead of going up, it ultimately hits the ground.
I have hi flown on an aeroplane, going across India, swerving around these clouds. We were at 42,000 feet, very low temperatures outside! ( Well below minus 30C .).

What is the maximum height of a thunderstorm?
      75,000 feet
Intense thunderstorms have updrafts strong enough to punch through the tropopause, and the tops of such storms can grow to 65,000 feet. The world's tallest thunderstorms, over the western equatorial Pacific where the tropopause tends to be highest, have been measured at nearly 14 miles high with tops to 75,000 feet.Jul 5, 2021".

The background music is annoying. The basic structure of what is happening is not explained. Good graphics - could be redone to be much better
