Watched your vlog in 1.5 speed (first time) and it was so fun to watch you Mandy giving the tour, especially when you sat by the table. I got a giggle. Lovely van. Love the shower toilet wall. Nice.
Also. Thanks for the earlier heads up display video. It's improved my enjoyment of continental driving so much more you wouldn't believe. Thanks again.
Excellent detailed tour for anyone wishing to buy this model, or make comparisonsure with other models and also will benefit prospective motorhomer who have not yet set foot in one. Great presentation.
I always enjoy your content but with the world in the chaos we find ourselves in, and being enveloped in extremes of kindness and selfishness, it's genuinely refreshing to see you as a couple so genuinely happy and so enthused with your wonderful new home. Sincerely hope you have many, many years of happy motoring and you create many wonderful memories on your travels together. 😃🐶👍
Lovely to watch your video. My wife and I purchased a Hymer T654CL on 20.02.20 with a view to collecting it from suppliers in Donegal on 6.03.20., and bringing it back home to where we live just south of Dublin. Still can't collect it but just want to be able to sit in it, drink coffee and pretend we are somewhere nice. Hopefully will be able to have it shortly.
Hey guys, as you may, or may not, already be aware, we are confirmed ‘tuggers’, but don’t hold it against us please! I really enjoyed watching Mandy show us around your new home, thank you. I have to say it is both a lovely looking Mohome from the outside and a very attractive home on the inside. You have certainly picked a winner and both seem to be over the moon with the quality and functionality of the Burstner. Two things really stood out for me - the moveable downlights and USB fittings, which all mobile homes should have, and the Burstner door bin with the tucked away dustpan ‘n brush, simply awesome... 👍🏻 Your Mohome and the manner of presentation are probably the best I have had the pleasure of watching, whether caravan, motorhome or van, thank you again guys. Stay safe, be well, cfn, Rog... 👍🏻 😉 🐍
Great van and tour. Much better than the one you traded in. Don't know why your moaning about the oven for goodness sake, how thick is a slice of gammon!!! It is indeed strange days. Hope you stay well and perhaps this situation will get better soon. Thanks for showing us around.
Great van, ticks many boxes. My partner & I collected our Burstner Nexxo T740 sovereign on Sat 14th March & then had to put it into storage as we can not travel in it due to lock down.... boo hoo !!! Can't wait til all this is over. Great van we watch with greater interest now we share the same motorhome. The grill/(oven ?) is tiny... it must go.
Brilliant guys were just waiting like you to get away our caravan is brand new drove down to the seasonal pitch set it up on the Monday when the lock down started we had to travel home that night from shropshire never got the chance to sleep in it with hind sight should have brought it back home and put it back on the drive great vlogs thanks 👍🤣 Dave
We are almost in the same situation. We purchased our motorhome in late autumn, been back to the supplier to rectify a few faults and spent a few days visiting a friend. We are waiting for our first real get away, but beating the virus and keeping everyone safe is the first priority.
Love the van. I’ll be a van lifer within 2yrs. Possibly this October if things work out well. Absolutely adore you two. Keep safe and keep enjoying the van life. You and Darren have given me a happy hope to where I’m heading. Wasn’t looking forward to it until I stumbled across you two and Urban Darren. 👍
This is the first time I have subscribed to any You Tube channel, but I have been watching you for a while and find your videos interesting and very informative, we have been Caravanning and motorhoming for 40ish years all over Europe, but I’m still learning from your channel, your new van looks great and a good video in a very difficult time. We had a Burstner auto when we were in New Zealand and found it the same as you, terrible. Unlike you I have had 2 lithium batteries fitted to our Chausson as it has a diesel heater and the draw is too much for normal batteries if off grid for more than 3 days in cold weather, but not cheap but would not go back. Keep up the good work and stay safe, hopefully this will be over soon and we will be back on the road.
Great van guys! We've got an IT680G and love it!! Had a few upgrades such as 4g internet with roof mount ariel, Extra leisure battery, Gaslow with remote level indicator above the door, rear cam, swapped the original out for a double cam and mirror mounted screen-great addition!, Avtex TV with soundbar connected to a tiny Sony blu-ray player and also a Nvidia Shield box to make it a smart TV. Im about done now for the time being!!!!!!!!!!
PS be careful with your freezer door! The pull handle breaks very easily which I found out with my sausage fingers! The door is around £80 to replace!!!!!!
Hi guys, I'm amazed over all the designs and smooth curves on all the details, and is beautiful. Hopefully all the plastic , knobs and handles will keep in shape for years and years. But, where is the Maxx deluxe airfan??? 😀 regards Rickard from Sweden.
@@unadventurousmandy Well, it took me 2 days of delivery and 1 day to install the fan, so you have got plenty of time before the heat is coming in the summer, the only negative with your already nice hatches is that when raining you have to close them and then the condensation will take over the air inside the van. Any how, it's a lovely van, and you'll be able to put your own design on it by the time. Regards Rickard from Sweden and the Philippines Journey
I was really worried because in your last vlog both you and Mandy seemed disappointed with your new Burstner , and we are waiting for ours to arrive - whenever ! However, I may have read the signals wrong and you both seem much happier , this is great both for you and us with our new van. I am so glad you are both happy because it is always a worry and in my experience you are never quite sure how it will pan out with a new m/home until you start using it. Happy days- enjoy - you are a great couple , love your vlogs. PS I think our sticker has arrived addressed to Harry , but he has squirrelled it away and refuses to open it until his birthday on the 18th
very nice van. wishing you all the best and happy travels in your new home. good that you have pneumatic rear air suspension to keep the rear of the van high. you will find this useful when using ferry ramps and soft ground. keep healthy.
Great tour around the van!!...we wondered if you would find the dustpan&brush!!😄😄 It's brilliant, and we loved ours. Not a single bit of wasted space...so cleverly thought through when designing the layout. The shower is brilliant too. One thing we used to do was use a bit of foam pipe lagging to go on the shower pipe to stop any irritating rattle as we drove along! Such a comfy and easy van to drive. Have fun!!🤗🤗🤗 Ps..the little cooker is just the right size for baking baguettes, and I used to cook dishes like hunters chicken, small pizzas and oven chips!! Mind you, we weren't living in ours full time!😁
Well done Mandy, fantastic van tour. The excitement throughout was amazing and proves that you made the right choice to change the van. Love the sense of humour between you both. Stay safe and look forward to your future travels.
Great van tour John n Mandy , some really nice little but handy touches their. Stay safe and we’ll get through this so we can all start touring again 👍
Great video guys, have to say Mandy is beginning to be the star of the show guys, very funny and engaging presenter, (your good too John), just saying.... 😉
Beautiful! glad you found a van to suit you all and you're comfortable in there now (especially now!). great tour, can't wait until we can all get out for an epic meet up/trip! xx
Excellent Van Tour, so much more room, just what we needed to keep us interested looking forward to when we can all get our Vans out and go somewhere exciting. x
Great video as always, and a great looking motorhome. We have the same lighting tracks in our Globecar, the spotlights have a weakening, in as much as, if knocked, the little flanges break off really easily. Excellent bubbly vlog which was thoroughly enjoyable . We have had 3 motorhomes so far and would like to admit that in the first 2 we punched a single hole in each of the kitchen surfaces after objects fell out of the upper cupboards. The tables and kitchen tops have a very thin vaneer over a honeycomb material which appear solid but they are in fact very brittle. Whenever we arrive at a new location we cover the kitchen tops with that non- slip rubberised matting stuff and gingerly open the cupboards. A great modification would be a drop down bar or wire grill to hold the contents back. Or just simply avoid putting heavy jars, tins etc in the upper cupboards. Talking about modifications do you consider resale issues?
Some good ideas there about cupboard items moving. We heavily modified our last van and it really helped the retail value, so we don't worry about that at all.
Great Vlog again Guys, have been looking forward to seeing your new home, it looks fantastic and you both look really well and happy, take care, stay safe, see you on the next one, cheers Rog and Jax. 👍
Just a thought..but Mandy mentioned that you're not level..a bit downhill at the back. Hence, the need to use the bed props. Could you also increase the pressure in the rear suspension air bags ? Would that lift the rear up a bit ?
J&M, just wanted to say thanks for doing this video. We recently sold our 6 berth because kids have come to that age! Weve not used it since 2019 and for obvious reasons felt why is it wasting money on the drive. So not to bore you senseless, we sold it and have contemplated a self build using Greg's videos as benchmark but the standard of vans available are not upto scratch and costs would easily come to 25 to 30k for a completed build to our virtually previous spec. So a we looked at some manu pre made van builds, some good but loads of simple compromises, where do we keep the small table and two chairs for exterior use, can we carry aircon unit that we bought in Spain in 2019. And conclusion after today watching this video and many others you have both done is. We are going back to a motorhome. You both helped us make the choice. I've found a 2019 burstner for sale, a tad heavily priced island bed, smaller garage semi auto. Hits some buttons but Mrs can't have the vax so we may hold off a tad longer. So your journey is now our escapism for us. We are 54 retired, living a dream, but we are nomads missing the road! Love the lighting 12 volt rails great idear. Lucky haveing the air suspension it's quite pricey just fitted it to mine You may know this but upper glove compartment on the passenger side can act as a cooler or heater as the a/c and heat pumps into it. Very nice van tour... looks very well screwed together too, unlike your old Autofail, but it isn't faultless, but you have the ability to deal with that... Hope you enjoy all that extra space in your new(ish) van...
Like the " larder " its easy access to see where everything is with plenty of light on the subject and to get it, seen the same though on other vans but twice as high which seems even better. The Fridge is a nice height with plenty high up storage in the door eye level is always more convenient, the freezer in the fridge is usually used less so would actually be more practical at the bottom leaving more fridge space at eye level so you end up throwing less away and it being more convenient to use.
Love your van and you both look so happy to own it . We upgraded our van to a hobby t600 and I absolutely love it , I completely understand how you feel . Stay in and stay safe . Soon be able to tour again 😘
Just wanted to ask you where you bought your floor mats. Did you measure and cut to fit yourselves or are they custom made? I also wanted to ask Mandy how she keeps the contents in her little pouches when opening the cupboards. Thanks guys.
The mats are linked in the video description, we just cut to size and tape together on the back. The contents of the pockets don’t move as the cupboard doors don’t life high enough. 👋🏻

Great video as always, and a great looking motorhome. We have the same lighting tracks in our Globecar, the spotlights have a weakening, in as much as, if knocked, the little flanges break off really easily. I've managed to break 3 so far, and at 45 quid each have now replaced with a domestic strip light which fits the track. Far better than the spots, and more ambient light. The plug in USB pods are less prone to snapping off, at least I've not broken one yet...
Enjoy the new toy!
Great explanation of the van, looks fab. Enjoy and stay well. Best
Love your new van and the attention to detail by Burstner. Love the rails for the USB’s and spot lights 👍🏼😀

It’s really clever use of space isn’t it. We love it ❤️🚐👍🏼
Excellent bubbly vlog which was thoroughly enjoyable .

Just a thought..but Mandy mentioned that you're not level..a bit downhill at the back. Hence, the need to use the bed props. Could you also increase the pressure in the rear suspension air bags ? Would that lift the rear up a bit ?
Yes we could do that, but I don’t think they’d raise the rear that high. 👍🏼
John interested if all the mods and changes you made to our old van impacted the trade in ££?? If so, are there any mods you'd not do with hindsight??
Our old van made money, even including the cost of the mods 👍🏼
what a great van! love the hidden shower!
