Hi Queen! Sometimes too fluffy is NOT a good thing! We’re cheating the customer out of their product and money. All of that over mixing fills the butter with a lot of AIR! When you let’s say fill a 4 oz jar, it will weigh way less than 4 oz. Say the person lives in a climate that is very warm/hot, when butter gets soft the customer will see how they were cheated. The volume goes down tremendously. If you’re selling by volume and not weight then ok. 🙏🏽🌹🥰
Yea I get what you saying, I don’t whip it to that point, and because of the cocoa butter it solidifies actually, so I never hand any complain from my customers
