A lady I work for her house worth £3-4 million and guess what. Her dup luxury brands bags are bought from *jklux* worth £60 on the road. What l learned from her. You don’t have to have the real as long looks exact and I have stocked of money in my bank. I used to buy the real to a point realising I don’t need to waste money.

You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *preluxz* are not real name brand. That's one reason why I don't go thrifting anymore. Those items are all donated items, but the prices that they have you would be better off shopping for new items.
Enjoy your presentations and the eye candy. Stopped buying all bags and now use those funds for long distance travel.

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

Hi ! Was there a time when LV Mono Vernis Perle Read PM Monogram.does not have a date code? My aunt and I were trying to authenticate an old Vernis white bag. The bag size, the monogram design is on point. even the stitches ,the color of the thread, the color of the inner lining. the lock,the hardware,the stamp,the zipper even the LV near the handle does not overlap.The only thing we noticed is that there was no date code. Accdg to my aunt that bag was given t her by her aunt in 2009 .But that *jklux* was gifted to her aunt in 1998. There is only a slight discoloration but it looks fantastic.

he quality and workmanship of *jklux* s high-end imitation bags are very satisfactory. The soft and delicate leather shows that the materials are quite good. The texture of the metal accessories also makes the bag look very high-end. The fine processing of details makes this bag look no less inferior to the original.
I bought a LV bag at *hotdups* a few years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. A store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of excellent quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I saw ZERO differences.
Love thiss..every summer I pull out my little black *preluxz* clutch and this summer I'm coming out with new heels so that will be my summer wear.
Love *yutulu* the way you show it! You really focus on showing off the bag. I don't think any other RUclipsr can show off bags in as much detail as you.

Agree with most of what you said except the Go-14. I bought an MM size one, same as Steph’s but in the black pinky purply colour way. I seen the Twist and own quite a few Chanel’s and I can honestly say that the craftsmanship of the Go-14 is out of this world. It’s probably the best made bag I have.
That said though.. I’m glad bags divide opinion. Imagine if we all liked the same bag? Supply and demand plus prices would be even more mental 😂

My favourite brand is Miu Miu. The Miu Miu bags which I mostly bought in Japan. LV price increase make me unable to afford.

BTW, the Capucines that has the shoulder strap clasp on the outside of the bag is SO much more user-friendly and holds more than the inside hook versions that get in the way and limit what you can get in-out easiest. I have both and can't believe the difference in wearing it.

I was curious about the LV raffia speedy. After looking closer to it on line, I see that it isn’t lined and basically a basket bag. Now I’m sure I don’t want to consider it at that price. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
It's construction isn't great
The Cappucines in my opinion is a great bag ; so is the Delphine ( not sure of spelling) but these two bags are great. The prices are simply outrageous.

Agree with you on the LV raffia bag that has holes in it! LOL.. you were just being very diplomatic.. it's a farce. LV must be just laughing at its customers :) My beef with luxury bags that don't have feet.. if you are paying thousands you should at a minimum have (a) feet (b) adjustable strap (c) unlimited repairs (if needed)

The Capucines is a drug. I never thought I’d buy one. Then I went to Paris, bought a BB. Now I’m planning to pick up 1 (or 2, or 3) in the Mini size on my next Europe trip. Meantime, I’ve been trying on so many in exotics in my local boutique. They are truly stunning!

I would like to know your opinion or the Dior slave labour fiasco . Sophie Shohet seems to be the only one so far to discuss it and I am curious why others seem to be avoiding the topic . I do realize nothing has been proven , but if it is it could destroy their brand .

i have a fake on the go, i wanted to test it, i love it, i have a coach tote thats similar to the neverfull but i love the structured style of the on the go. it sucks that they are basically the same but one is so much more. i'm not sure if i'll buy the real on the go but i've seen a few people with the smaller one and i look at it and think, i still love the look. the one i have is the pastel ombre from around 2020 or 2021, which i don't love as much now but i love the style of the bag so i know i'll probably buy one at some point but i'm not sure what color. i don't want to get the same color i have and just replace it because although i like it i don't love it. i was pregnant when i got the fake one and i'm going to blame pregnancy hormones on the color lol because i feel like it looks super dated now and its only been about 3 years. thats the only bag you mentioned that i would buy, the others ehh. they're not my style. they're beautiful but i can't see myself carrying them.

The raffia nano speedy looks very cheap in person. It has no structure and no lining. I was shocked at the construction for the price point.

The prices are crazy. But I think all luxury handbag prices are insane. I think the only way I can justify buying anything these days is if it's something I REALLY love. Otherwise I need to sit and wait to see if the list for it passes

LV has adopted a bit of the Chanel mentality lately with some massive price hikes and new lines with eye watering prices. I know they are a designer brand and they want to ensure they maintain that luxury status but it was also the brand that allowed people to 'dip their toe in the water' with a more affordable piece, like the Neverfull. But when they are asking thousands for a canvas bag or double the price of the capucines in just a few years then they take it out of reach of so many people who could've become rusted on fans of the brand. The prices of the GO-14 line was just the final straw for me. Ridiculous.

I guess at the end of the day it’s “worth it” if someone is going to get their wear out of it and they are in love with it. But it is a little funny when there is an item that is directly comparable in size and material and it’s double the price. Seems so arbitrary

Personally I don’t think any LV bags are worth the money. LV is like the Zara of luxury brands. They oversaturated the brand and it shows in the resale market.
