PEACE ON YOUR WINGS - A New Musical for youth by Ohana Arts | Sadako’s 1000 paper cranes

Learn more about “Peace On Your Wings”, an original musical based on the true story of Sadako Sasaki and her one thousand paper cranes, written by local writers Jenny Taira and Laurie Rubin, Directed by Cari Taira (Hawaii Food and Family), and Choreographed by Danielle Bensky. This Ohana Arts original production will be revived at the historic Hawaii Theatre on February 9th-11th, 2023, with tickets going on sale beginning December 1st. This short 1-weekend run will premiere a newly edited version of the show (with new songs) that will be taken to Hiroshima next summer for its JAPAN PREMIERE, starring this all-youth, Hawaii-based cast! There are only four performances, so be sure to book your tickets early!
