i don't really think kids that are in year 2 are going to have anxiety about that. they are in year 2 and have a very bubbly and energetic energy. So pulling sticks wouldn't be that bad, but if a kid did ever had anxiety about that i'm sure the child/parents would tell the teacher.

Thanks for sharing!! I teach firsties in person, and we were required to get rid of our flexible seating and class rugs. 😫The kids stay in their desk bubbles all day, but I’m so thankful to have them in my classroom.
It must have been really y hard to have set up your classroom and not have had any kids in it but at least now you have this awesome space to teach in when you do get to use it! ❤️❤️❤️

They place them on their desk and then use the restroom. The teacher will then know who is at the restroom. I do the same concept but with dollar tree balloon weights.
As a 14year old I think it was very hard and gave me anxiety when The teacher would pull sticks
