I remember seeing this and went looking for the tutorial. I am planning to try the kissing ball using an apple or a small grapefruit. Thank you Laura, it is nice to see your evolution over the years, but you always take the extra step to inform us on the subject matter or the plant being use. Much appreciated.
Wow, your videos have gotten so awesome! The quiet, jazzy Christmas music, on-screen notations of the greens used, closeup photos, and that GORGEOUS background! So nice, really! God bless you and your family!
Not only did you motivate us to do this great project, you gave us a history lesson too! Loved it. Thank you!
I watched your demo last year and thought it was great! I added peanut butter and bird seed to the pinecone and enjoyed watching the birds all winter.
These are gorgeous and I love the bow on it!!! How easy to make. I will be decorating forever with all the awesome projects you've shown us and I love them all! My dried oranges came out really nice and such a great touch. Thanks.
Three years later, still love the bow!
Well done Laura, your work is always so amazing and inspiring. I also loved that you shared its history and other style capabilities. thank you!! 😘
Alright, I teach these winter classes after the busy wedding season is over. You do a Fabulous job.
You are the absolute cutest. Your tutorials are easy, fun and I highly recommend anyone to give any and all your decorating ideas a go.
I like the red bow!
Much more elegant with the bow- red is just as lovely,👩🏼🦱
Love the bow! Add lot's of red and ornaments too!
I like the bow and the pinecones. The juniper berries really add a lot to it too. Very festive!
Very beautiful, I think the red bow adds to the festivity!
Love the bow! 🎀🎀🎀
Here in NC we can get the mistletoe but it’s extremely toxic. With my grands crawling around we pass on it. Love your kidding ball!
Love the red bow!
It looks great Laura, and I would prefer it wit the red bow. Thank you for a wonderful project.........
I am sure its pretty without the bow but I love the way it turned out. Beautiful!
I love that. Enjoyed this. I will try to find enough greenery around here.
I love the red bow, too! What a neat decoration!! Thanks!
it looks prety with the bow! it adds color 🎄🎁
Beautiful, the bow added a more festive feel to it!
Good morning Miss Laura! What a fun and beautiful project. I think I'm going to make some with my kids...Thank you! Have a Blessed day! ♡♡♡
Laura, you are so creative. The kissing ball came together beautiful & festive!
So pretty. Love the bow.
Lovely lovely X'mas decor again. Thanks a lot for the bright ideas. 🥰🥰
Love the bow!
Love this project, the bow is perfect❤️🇨🇦
with the bow..so pretty
Good morning. Love the bow it does bring out the red in your mantle. Thank you for the history lesson. It all makes sense. Can't wait to make one this year. Happy Holidays.
Beautiful. With the bow! No mistletoe where you live? I live in Florida and it grows abundantly here. My daddy and I would hunt for it every year and I’d make displays to hang at the office, at parties, etc. I loved it. Daddy’s gone now but it triggers a heartfelt warm memory every year when I see mistletoe.
I *Love* it with the bow Laura! So gorgeous. Thank you for showing us how to make this. And teaching us about the kissing ball. I've only ever known about a small bunch of mistle toe, not what you just taught us about. So I appreciate this.
🌾Merry meet 🌿
Really like the bow!!
Definitely WITH the ribbon. It looks beautiful! I love the pine cones on the bottom, and now i know why when I attempted a ball last year it was huge and too heavy. Where do you get a floral foam ball though, I only see them in styro, and its way too hard for the real greens to poke into.
Diane Krepps use a potato - that’s what we do :-)
Sb Pierce wow, that’s a great idea. Thanks 🎄
I have always wanted to make a kissing ball but didn't know how. Thanks for sharing how it is done. I love this. So pretty. love the pinecone's added to the bottom.

Great teacher!
Very nicely done.
Laura please tell me what eye makeup and lipstick are you wearing in this video
You always look si well put together.
Great video and love the greenery you used. Is all the greenery fresh or is it store bought? I was trying to find what you used. If you use fresh from outside how do your preserve it or do you make it fresh each year? Love this!!!
that's so pretty!! thanks for the history lesson too☺
what editing program do you guys use btw? thanks
Have a great Holiday Season you guys!!
It looks great as it is. I love watching you and I seem to copy you a lot. Thank you

Lov it with the bow. Love this thank u
its lovely and youve made it seem easy ... gonna have a go Thanks!!!
Beautiful... love it with the red bow... x
I love all your videos.... I think the red bow makes it more festive. May I make one tiny suggestion ? I would use "Fishing Line" to hang the arrangement....it is virtually invisible and can hold a lot of weight. I use it to hang my Christmas Wreaths.
Hello.
Thank you very much for your sharing.
It was made. Can I stick a link?
Happily Holiday!
I love the kissing ball. Love it with the red bow! You do know you should be happy not to have mistletoe where you live. It is a parasitic plant that will take water and nutrients from the host plant. Over time this will kill the host plant, a lot of times a tree.
We have home grown Mistletoe my husband got to grow in a hawthorn tree .Its there for our neighbours to share when they want some xx
Hi Laura,
Great job! and so gorgeous as well. I will be making one very soon.
Being very creative myself, once the sphere beings to dry, how do you
give it more water the plants won't dry out, and as I was watching you
put it together I thought of another arrangement that does not have to
do with the Christmas holidays, really for any occasion with live plants.
Can this be done.
Hi there! Love a flower ball, question, if i use flowers instead will flowers fall out from the bottom after awhile since the stem will dry and shrink in size? Is it possible to use floral glue to secure them in the foam if i want the flowers to dry on the globe?
Love the “Kissing Ball” beautiful!
I love the bow! Haha I actually watched this to see if you'd explain how to tie the bow! Guess not ;P
Wow, I had never heard of these, they're so cool!!! Thanks!
With the bow so cute thank you
On this super hot day this was what I needed to watch! 1st time I have watched this one. Making my way slowly through all of your videos. I have learned A LOT! Thank you! I adored the trivia at the end.

How long will this last? Do you have to rewater the ball?
loved the video
Hi Laura, I love kissing balls and as always, yours is beautiful! I live in South Carolina, and would love to make one. Would I need to water it and if so how? Or would it be better if I make mine out of silks? Thank you Laura!
SC Girl here....Take it down and resoak every couple days
Mistletoe grows where I live and it's totally this fungus invasive thing that kills trees. Homeowners love to trim it off this time of year and give it away
You are simply superb
Hi, thanks for sharing the kissing ball tutorial. I love it. 🥰👍🏼
Love it.
Gorgeous!
Bello! Me encanta este canal
