The NPCs are weird when it comes to traffic rules. Sometimes they are waiting there for minutes until they move. Even when the light is already green. Plus there is a spot in Japantown, where they stop in the middle of the road and don´t move for some reason. And they all apparently never heard of oncoming traffic when turning right or left. All in all, they´re bad drivers 😂!
Taking a ride in a fine vehicle that will get you through the busy traffic whether be out on the open highway or within the city streets or in the suburbs you will be able to get in and out and all around those slow driving wimps, drive safely and g'day y'all.
Do most of these games have a free roam feature? I like the exploring aspect, not the combat. I especially like the ones that you can explore places in history. London was fun as well as the Egypt locations. It’s almost like being there. If I had one of these games could I roam anywhere? For instance, in this game could I make a right turn anywhere I want? If so, where is the least expensive place to get the PlayStation. I wouldn’t even mind a used one if it still worked perfectly.

This is probably some kind of traffic bug. Possibly due to metro mod or something
