It’s all about mass tourism.too many apartments are rented on Airbnb booking.com no apartments for people who want to work on the coast .now addressing the problem reducing tourist licenses especially in Barcelona soon all over .and now when you buy property with the license it dose not carry over .its going to be only in persons name
