A couple of months or so ago, I asked why we never see the third axle down on trucks. And I think you just did a fantastic job of explaining why we don’t see your third axle down all the time. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!
Once again you have shown why you’re my favorite RUclipsr,,,,,
Thank you DP!
Howdy Mr. Dirt, A nice, simple hauling job for a Sunday morning! No problems and you got to play with your new toy! All is good! When you say you "really, really, really, really, really" like something - odds are it will have a DP decal on it soon!! Be safe. Thumbs up! Jim
Mike you are the history channel, as Matt showed the pool finished over 2 months ago. So no sneak peak, just a old fashion look back!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ancient history, but I'm sure Mike, DP, has his hands full with jobs and editing his own stuff more than Matt does. 😅
Thank you Mike it was nice riding along with you, never gets old.
In my younger days I worked for a company that drilled oil wells. I drove an R model with the V8 and a 6 speed main box and a 3 speed auxiliary. Probably a third of our miles were off road and sometimes gross weight over 100,000 lbs. You could break an R model by being stupid but I don’t think you can wear one out. The camera shots you had of the stack next to the bed will show a man how much torque a frame has to withstand.
110.000 pounds are legal here in Holland. 130.000 pounds on a 5 axle offroad, yeah then youve got a load.

Too this day we have a superliner with a V-8 in it with a 6-4 transmission that had a piece of pipe flip up and knocked a hole in the block we welded a patch over it and it’s still running every day
Good job on moving lots of dirt, for Matt. Thank you for sharing 👌 😊
It's always fun see a job close in on being done! Kind of like the weed eating job I'm going to get into here in a few minutes, on this hot day! Great video, Mike! Thanks, Lee
I can't believe that anyone would want to build a drive with trees against the road. And not make sure the trucks bringing materials are capable of getting there. Great job making it happen, Mike. And the 140 is definitely quiet and smooth.
That whole Jobsite looks good, The first time you were there you walked around it talking about what the home owner wanted done i was thinking how in the world can you make this all fit with out looking mashed together, by George you and Matt did it right, congratulations it looks good. Keep up the good work Sir.
Good morning Mike Love to watch your videos, that you make seem's like you know what your doing with the dirt hope to see many more of your content and watch you and your partner
Sounds like Case has found a home it the Dirtperfect fleet 😂
4:49 I can't stop my mind from hearing puns or thinking of puns!
Don’t you wish you knew a man with an excavator, truck and dirt near your washed out pipe. 😂
Dang that would be handy now wouldn’t it; especially if he was in the neighborhood.
Heck yeah 😂😂
Like all trades guys your self is the last to get work on.
DP you definitely don’t need crash driving in and out of there he’ll be over in that Washout😂
He'd be in the Ohio
Good morning, Friday July 12th. Have a great day.
Same to you
@@danielcollier4401same to you
Thanks for explaining the 3rd axle, learn something new every day! Enjoy your afternoon, Monday is looming just around the corner! (a very sharp corner!)
I wondered about it for a while too.
Where I am, lazy axles are only permitted behind the primaries, not in front.
Mike I already said it that 140 is a keeper great job delivering the fill needed for the pool great video thanks
The third axle question was going through my mind when you were coming out of the field.
i think Dumpy has proved its worth by now and deserves a set of diamond stack pipes ;D
I'd say that will happen when it gets a bed on it.
I know how you feel about running equipment I own a John Deere tractor 2038R I owned it for a couple years now and like you mentioned when you run a machine that you really like that is a great feeling that’s for sure. Great video enjoy watching them.
I saw that Indiana had another tornado. I was checking this morning if was near you. I'm glad Derby is still on the map. Have a good day.
In Pennsylvania they tag axle switch is in the cab. At 90 degree turns the drivers always lift it on the roads. Eddie
What a convenient place to park the Kubota tractor there behind the pool. All that area and knowing dirt is coming and they park it there.
I thought so too! Someone wasn’t thinking
It is Kubota it might have engineering issues stopping it from working!
Maybe they are hoping it will get buried?😅😅😅😅😅
He needs you to have you use the limbanator on the driveway
Hi Mike & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Mike & Friends Randy
The fluid checks aren’t exciting but so satisfying to watch 👍🏻🤩😀
The place did turn out pretty nice that pool is awesome going to be fun this dirt is just what the doctor ordered going to grow some good grass 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Cool to see the job progression from way back to now… please try to show us a quick snapshot here once its all done since nobody really watches MrMillenial’s channel (grin… kiddin…)
Looks like good dirt for back fill!! Nice of you to work on Sunday!
Good morning DP hope you have a great day
Need to get dot tape replaced before Officer Hoover gives out citations. LOL 😂
The expiry date on that reflective tape was a long time ago.
177 👍's up DP thank you for sharing 🤗
Great job running the excavator Mr Dirt Perfect
Good morning sunshine! Great way to end the week is with your video! Happy Friday! Much love from Henderson Ga USA
Nice loads of soil.
Wish you'd of brought out to my rock pile.
Thanks for the video.
I agree, you need more weight for the counterbalance. Saw the CASE tip slightly a few times. A nice easy to watch video.
Thanks Mike
Your back-upping skills always impress!!
Great video Mr Dirt Perfect
when you were pulling out with your first load, I was wondering why you didn't run with the third axle down.....and you immediately addressed that issue......thats scary....lol.......ANOTHER GOOD VIDEO.....been watching you for years.
Same here!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. The more you showcase the Case the more impressed I get. Wishing you and your family the best.
Excellent. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Another great video, I’m beginning to think you might like to work alone sometimes, you get more done with less BS from MBTS. Enjoy your weekend with the family.
Thats where Aaron blew out that hydroclic line on Jerry's dozer lol
In my younger days I used to load myself with jcb site master excavator .. Saturday morning 13th of July that's certainly a lovely excavator I all so drove case poclaim a red colour one Michael enjoy rest of your Sunday work rest and play
To-do list for Forrest Dump. Exhaust pipes by MBTS, replacement dump bed and green paint.
The little kubota has a big job ahead of it.
So glad to see you & Aaron back again, Moved house & now settled, looking forward to what miss adventures are ahead for you both !
Hey, It funny how many peiple have pools and don't add a fire hose fitting and have a pump that can handle it. The cost is very little extra but in an emergency it very handy.
Always good to see some truck driving bro. Looking forward to see the Hyundai dozer given a run though it's paces when the time comes. Safe travels. Ken.
Mike thanks for sharing! Kevin
Loving the old school dirt hauling videos. Chirt pile and remember when. Good stuff, Mr Mike.
Thanks for the Sunday drive/ ride along. Sounds like it wouldn’t take much to talk you into owning the CASE 140, glad it’s satisfying to operate, makes a Sunday short day a pleasure to work it. Enjoyed watching, appreciate your time.
Glad to keep you company, sure was a nice day, very relaxing, thanks for the ride!
Riding on the bucket is always trippy. Thank you and have an awesome day.
A decent way to knock out a Sunday morning. I was looking at the photos and thinking maybe five loads would work but you can always deliver an extra load later on. If you didn't say anything about the excavator being a little light in the tail end I don't know if I would have noticed the tracks coming off the ground when you are reaching out loading up the truck. It's nice to hear clean unedited viewpoints about investments. Most folks wouldn't be honest if you ask them how they like their car, lawn mowers, excavators and I can only surmise Pride and ego getting in the way of honest derogatory answers...
The whole build of that property from start to finish has been very satisfying. I like how it showed the various roles from contractor to subcontractor. You guys do awesome work.
Takes me back to the days of the R600 with a maxdine 300 and the glorious twin stick and camelback suspension. Miss the power and twin stick, don’t miss the camelback suspension.🤣
The Mack is a nice truck👍🏻😎,Nice video👍🏻
Yeah, I can see the love for the Case. My father started working with a Wheeled Excavator in the late 70's (Wheeled because it was DOT work and most of their work was on-road (I.E. cleaning ditches, digging up broken water mains...etc) and he used that machine right up until his retirement in ~2010 and last I heard, they are still using it. I don't remember it giving them any trouble (well, except when a tire blew once with someone standing next to it.. didn't really hurt him, just made him go change his shorts).. His use of it is what got me to watching you and LD18.. because he was so smooth much like LD18... (and I found you when you joined up with him once).
Case is good by your estimation but D4 replacement has been on the cards for quite some time. 120 is doing great for the time being. Nice pond, home and setting - will be a lovely place when all is cmplete.
DP put out a shortie here yesterday, showing off a new Hyundai dozer. |Didn't say if it was a purchased one or another demo machine
I thought the Minotaur was going to be the D4 replacement but it always comes back to, Mike is more more experienced than I am! An example is that I always tried for a tailgate slam to shake loose material stuck in the box and Mike never does that.
That machine seemed to be a Jack of all Trades ut master of none. Sometimes you are better off with a dedicated machine
@@kenore4003 The way Mike works, he needs a versatile machine. The fewer machines he needs to take to job sites the better. For the size of the Case it is more important to offer a good all round platform than something that is really going to sit in the shed for months at a time.
Well done Mike. You had a nice calm Sunday to get it done. Nice pool. Gonna be great to swim in!
Mike - you need to specify to 8ft stick rather than the 10ft when you put your order in ! Solves so many little issues and would be the standard spec on a Japan sourced grey import machine. I have two Hitachi EX 120-5 here in UK - which is basically your Deere but with a better engine.😊
Ol bed rail lookin like the roads you’re travlin’. I know the feelin. Thanks for the videos. Always entertaining. Stay safe.
I made the mistake once of rolling off road with the axle down delivering a load of sand to a job site. I went over a hump and that axle being in front caught the hump first which caused the drive axles to momentarily lift off the ground for a split second. Of course, when the drives contacted that hump they were spinning under extreme torque and bam there went the drive shaft twisted like a pretzel. Expensive lesson to pay attention from then on. Tag axle up when off the pavement.
Case you are interested, Conn., and Maine controls are in the cab for the lift axle, just so you know. Dave D.
Pa also has control inside
Good Sunday video👍
Like the video Mike and have good day .
i on thursday night, i saw you in a shot video with a brand new dozer.? 👈👺👀👀👍
Know what you mean about that 3rd axle. Back in the 70s, I drove for a company with some old dead axle semis. Every elevated railroad track, you had to make a run at it, or there you sat.
That place has changed so much since you guys first put in that pad. It looks like a totally different place. Of course with your help everything turns out "Absolutely Fantastic" I guess LOL You do great work.
For dirt, that looks like premium grade top soil compared to what Chris plants grass in :-)
Indiana definitely has pretty good dirt from Lake Michigan to the Ohio River. I live in North Central Indiana, and dirt here is phenomenal. An acre of bare farm ground brings close to $20k
@@ScotReeder Worth the premium price, :-)
Lastly Matt is gonna see that dirt you left in the bed and want a refund on it. 😝 have a great day
Mike there's not a lazy bone in your body I pay attention to what you say and do other wise what would be the point in watching you have a great day and be careful on your jobs.
Good morning
great video, thanks for all the different angles and ride along on the haul truck.. very enjoyable.
I like the way the CASE functions and has staying power and response. Nice machine to me.
Nice to see the progress from a blank slate to now. It will be a sweet place when done!
Just send your old D4 to Clint let him work on it. C@C equipment. Which I’m sure Missy C@C would love to see you buy a dozer from them.
Thanks for the video. Really liked this one.
Another Amazing job done, now for , enjoying the rest of your day, have a great one Mike👍😎🍮❤️
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
Mike, has it really been a year and a half since you got the new dump truck? Wowzers, where does time go?
How come in the year and half you've had this truck? I've never seen you use the third 😂🤣 OMG. You're a mind reader 😆😁 thanks for the explanation, DP.
The Mack is a nice truck👍🏻😎
That’s saying a lot for case because them 120 size John Deere track hoes are perfect in my book speed and power well balanced
Always looks like you're having fun. Me too!
Mr. MIllenial always has a plan!😀😀😀
LOOKS GOOD!
R model Mack’s had armstrong 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 steering 😂😂😂
I'de be jumping in the pool as darn hot and dry as it's been.
Would have been neat to have Gunner in the CASE 140 waiting to load you!!❤️💪🤗🇺🇸
Thx Mike
❤ from Norway
5:57 yeah looks like the machine needs an extra 4-500lbs more on the back end. Or just put the bigger motor and more fuel capacity in the back that should balancer out ❤ the one with the blade on it would probably be better.
I clear land with a case 170E. Awesome machine. I pull it with a triple axel tag trailer.
Thanks for the explanation of the third axle use. It was like you were reading my mind as I was just thinking about its use or rather lack there of. It was almost like you were reading my thoughts and that is worrisome 😂😂😂😂.
it does indeed seem a bit light in the back. is there a heavier rear counterbalance weight option?
Re: the 140 , I find a lot of things I like, it's availability, we have had one machine on order for a year, we just cancelled it last week and bought a used machine in great shape..........
Well, I'll tell you what happened. I was working along the pool's edge, when a grasshopper startled me to make me fall in. But before I hit the water, I was able to take my clothes off down to may trunks. After that, I started looking for pool leaks by examining the inside.
Thats my story and I'm sticking with it!!!!
