    With great memory techniques, learning languages become much easier 😃 really curious to know what languages u do speak 😁. Besides that, I'd love to know about your dietary habits and physical exercises you do, cause i find it amazing that your body fat level is so low 😊. I look forward enthusiastically for your kind response

      Hi Kian, Thanks for you comments. Learning languages is easy with memory techniques (but so is everything else :) so you learn what every you want with them. I speak conversational Japanese. I am considering learning some more languages but there are just so many things I want to learn and there are always choices lol.
      As to my dietary habits, I dont diet at all but I do eat really healthily and mostly a whole food plant based diet. I dance, teach dance, do yoga, am learning Taekwondo and do the odd bit of running and weights.

      I do understand the science behind how hormones like insulin/glucagon & Epinephrine work in energy metabolism (very generally, not like a nutritionist) yet I'm trying to see that how sufficient those are to explain the lifestyle people like you have chosen which resulted in a fine, pure Physique and Athleticism. So i could find gaps in my knowledge and finally make a conclusion versatile enough to be implemented in my lifestyle for life long results. Wish i could see and know more about what you eat, how much you eat, on what time intervals you eat, the hours you sleep 😴, the intensity & duration of physical activities and their frequency in form of Vlogs or articles, etc...
      I need a solid background of knowledge. How did you learn to literally carve a "greek goddess" statue out of your body? 🙂 (i mean is knowledge that necessary or am i just overthinking? As some professional athletes have lots of knowledge so they can carve that statue like an artist، while some others don't know the science behind what they're doing, they just imitate what others did that worked for them and proved to be effective)
