ngo registered under societies registration act 1860. how can be cancelled his registration by third person?
NGO remained unregistered for 30 years, later on got renewal in back dates, by means annual list of governing body filled of 30 years on one certificate and dead peoples names got registered. During unregistered times society did fraudulent activity, suing in court in names of society as a registered body.no election, no audit, no meeting, no police report, dead peoples names registered as a governing body.
