There's something so impactful about Optimus, who would usually say something like "don't lose hope", to just outright tell them to run. There's so much despair in such a small line.
we know optimus prime to be one to never run from a fight or give up...this really tells us something and I mean SOMETHING is truly wrong

Whitewolf323 I mean usually optimus would say some heroic speech about not giving up and that there is hope out yada yada yada but here he just sound so genuinely scared, like he’s not going to hide that fact and he’s the leader of the auto bots, to whom they look for guidance and morale,
I think this is nice too. I don't like this idea of the character has to rigidly follow character traits in other series
We can all agree that Prime's voice is WAY better than the actor in the Netflix series.

Oh man I am loving whoever did the voice for Optimus. It sounds very much like the original but also unique in a way, he sounds far more grave and grim.

Also alot of ppl seem to dislike the Voice of Prime in that Netflix series but do remember that that was a younger optimus prime.
