Amazing workout! :-) I love the pyramid format, but the tabata format definitely works too! And getting this high quality workout done so quickly, I LOVE IT! And I love your outfit, such nice colours! :-))

Please incorporate that into some more of your workouts (I've only found one other video where we do that....). Great video! As a road marathoner for the past 5 years, I'm always looking for new tips on motivation, getting stronger and preventing dreaded injuries. I was wondering what should I work out today, which video to chose, when delivery guy was knocking on my door, bringing me bdy present from my dear friend, 8 kg kettlebell! So I was thrilled and immediatley I started this one! It was challenging but feeling is awesome! Thank you both!
I love your workouts, thanks! My 2 year old nephew always wanted to join in (by being the kettlebell or wanting a kettlebell!) so we made a paper mache kettlebell for him...unfortunately it was squished at first use lol and he had to be content with just being the bell!
