As for adams apples, us trans guys dont really develop one in the same way that cis guys do. If Ive remembered correctly, as we have done growing, the vocal cords thicken to deepen our voice but dont lengthen (or that might be the other way around!), so although some guys do get a bit of an adam's apple, its not on the same parallel as cis guys. But yes, the lack of it does not then equal a high voice. And you wait, in a few years you will have random islands of hair EVERYWHERE!!! Loving watching you enjoying the journey!

Wow I didn't know that 😮 makes more sense for me to get Adams apple implants since I don't have a prominent Adams apple it would be after my other facial masculinization surgeries tho since I can't get that in my country
