I don't feel like the person who brought eggs to a vegan wedding as an A-hole I understand since I'm allergic to fish and most likely seafood all together so anything made with or near it will make me have a allergic reaction but not as bad as actually eating it so if the wedding I was going to involve fish I would also ask if I could bring my own meal. But the bride was pretty rude plus your brother said he didn't mind if you brought your own food, so it isn't your fault that you didn't bring anything vegan he didn't say you had to in the first place
For the second story I agree she should pave brought her own food but she couldn’t have brought her own VEGAN food as in like it’s fine for her to eat but still being a team player
in the second story I don't think she's an asshole because if she didn't have her allergies she would've eaten but it was for the best to bring her own food. also the brother is dumb because he said that it was the best choice for her to bring her own food but then later on he says it was in poor taste.

So, yea fair enough. It would have been hard for them to come up with something filling and also vegan with their allergies.
