according to wikipedia quantum mechanics tells us: "The inner product between two state vectors is a complex number known as a probability amplitude. so i guess we need the 0-ctrl or rene (which give us vectors in 3d space), the mimeophon (which allows access to multiple vectors at the same time), the moddemix (for multiplication), the spectraphon (for spectral decomposition) and qpas's sp outputs (to do an exhaustive search in phase space)

The only way to bring him back is to develop a more pure module, one that has a single, pure function: The 60 Cycle Hum Module (48 HP, one output, no inputs, no knobs), which exclusively outputs a 60hz wave by simply not being properly grounded

Patching seance. . . We light off a function of maths on a pentagram, triggering some chaos into morphagene. Something about tempi dividing time itself feels necessary. Anyway all this to either communicate with walker, or open a doorway to the noise-verse he's stuck in. . . Maybe I'm over-complicating it. Try replaying that initial sine wave in reverse and see if it pulls him back. (Or maybe it just turns him inside out, I haven't pondered the consequences of just playing it backwards too deeply. Internet advice is dangerous. )
