Nah the new songs are not so bad but they have to do that because it's renew or die, also because they need to experiment with other styles of music because they can't stay forever with the same style.

You First, Figure 8, Thick Skull and Big Man, Little Dignity are the only good ones from the new album "This is Why" I think. But if you listen to all of them live, Hayley performs them all magically. Crave is incredible live

Been a fan for like 20 years now 🥲 very much a “Let the Flames Begin”/“Part II”/“Last Hope” kinda guy, but I also REALLY love “We Are Broken” and “Swim in Silence,” and probably my top fave of all time is “Renegade”!!

My favorite song is When it Rains. It was around 2008 when I met with this girl I was texting for a while. It was raining at that time. I remember our feet soaked in afternoon rain. I kept playing that song on repeat. Songs really bring such memories.

Paramore are the only band I have listened to from the beginning, when my sister had Kerrang poster of them in 2005, I was 10 at the time, and I remember listening to AWKIF and just simply loving it because it felt new and I never heard anything quite like it. My sister then gave me the album after that. I’m 29 now and we’re very lucky to still have Paramore to this day. 100% all the way 😎

Acoustic pressure is amazing
I saw them on May 6 2010 in Rockford IL and fell in love with their live performance, nothing compares to the first 3 albums and when both Josh/ Zach were in the band together. I also went to the Honda Civic Tour show in Chicago on August 18th 2010. Not sure why they changed their sound so much these days, honestly they need to go back to their roots because those songs had way more feeling and meaning. Still reminisce all the time and listen to these first albums. First album favs: Brighter, My Heart (the vocals at the end give me chills), All we know, Emergency. Second album favs: Hallelujah, when it rains, let the flames begin, we are broken. Third album favs: ignorance, brick by boring brick, all I wanted, misguided ghosts. Of course Decode is awesome as well. Haley actually waved at me during the Rockford show during crush crush crush while she was wearing her leopard pants and yellow security cutoff shirt. Awesome shows, awesome voice, great vibes! What happened? lol

I am a huge fan of brand new eyes. Im not really an album person, but BNE is one of the few albums where I like and listen to every song on it to this day.
Im a big fan of after laughter as well, but I only really listen to maybe 3 songs from it consistently these days.
And then every other album averages 1-2 songs I like enough to add to the playlist. With thick skull being the only song I like and listen to on their new album. Its also the only album where I think every other song outright sucks.

We are broken- the first 50 seconds demonstrates how amazing haley williams voice is, and theres some deeply eerie and beautiful about the opening of this song. After the first 50 seconds though it turns to a mix of what I immagine christian rock would sound like if taylor swift headed the project.
Fake happy- Not really a song I listen to for the groove or anything. But its just an emotional song, and seeing interviews with Haley williams on how she was feeling when she was making that album made it stick with me.
Why we ever- Just a really chill song. Technically not paramore but rather just Haley Williams when she went on her temporary solo act and made a garbage experimental pop album.
Haley williams voice is something special, and even though I only like maybe a fourth of paramores discography, I would consider them to be one of my favorite bands ever.
