thank you so much for giving us these to much knowledge ..you giving us perfect understanding whatever about questions.. but in the end u have to show the perfect answer how to right it in the exam ... please done this.. hope you can understand.
Thanx a lot for all of your videos sir! I was in tension and watched all your videos in a single night! I must say you deserve appreciation! Thanx a lot sir!
Your explanation is fabulous sir, i really didn't know that manufacturing technology is such a wonderful subject thx a lot sir. keep making such videos
aluminum and magnesium remained difficult because these metals react rapidly with the air and result in porous weld.Processes using flux-covered electrodes did not satisfactorily protect the weld area from contamination. To solve the problem, inert gases and non conaumable electrodes are used.
Sir mera ALP CBT 2 ka exam ha isliye I see your videos sir isme ek wrong bataya ha Apne TIG MA DC power supply likha ha or yeh wrong ha TIG AC power supply use karta ha check it sir
TUNGSTEN electrode is used because it can withstand very high temperatures with minimal melting or erosion. Electrodes are made by powder metallurgy and are formed to size after sintering. Thanks
Sir, your concepts are easy to understand and remember, keep it up 👍
Thanks and glad to help you

Waah very good explanation 🤗🤗
Thank you
Sort and sweet and also great explained
THANK YOU
Firstly sir want to appreciate your content great work you are doing .Second i want to ask why in general we use straight polarity.
Straight polarity is used for thick plates welding
Thanks
Greatly useful

In this welding reverse polarities are used.
Sir,
Please also explain where we use the AC instead of DC in TIG welding. And also for DC reverse polarity for which materials.
Bro whenever we do welding of aluminium, magnesium or it's alloys by TIG we use AC SUPPLY
Great👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌🐨
THANK YOU

Thanks
Sir
Tig welding me water ka use nhi hota kya
Welding torch ko cooled karne ke liye
Can we use ac supply instead of dc, i saw in plant various time use ac power for source.
mast hai Sr
Thanks and glad to help you
❤️👌
Thanks
Agr atmosphere ko inert kar denge to without oxtgen spark kaise hoga
Sir .... What will happen when workpiece is connected with _ve supply
Inert gas me helium aur argon dono use kr skte hai depend upon the material..Not only argon
👍👍👍
Thanks
🙏
Glad to help you
what hpnd by using brass and bronze by using tig?
Sir, if I am mistaken, please forgive me, at the you have not shown filling material rod.
How much dc voltages in tig welding
😍😍😍
Thanks and glad to help you
Sir tig welding & gtaw dono welding same he hey
Mig weld propesh
Will you Please explain in english
What is the difference using in straight polarity and reverse polarity ??
Please see our video POLARITY IN ARC WELDING for this.
Thanks
Sir ji awe h ya mene tig welding ji
Sir...hmm filler kA use qqq krte h...only joint KO filled krne k liye
Filler rod is used as a supplement for the welding joint to give strength and compensate if loss of metal occur at high temperatures
Thanks
sir why don't we use dc supply to weld aluminum and magnesium
If we use direct current straight polarity...more heat will be on the workpiece and more oxides can be formed which is not desirable..
Sir ...Please explain in english only
Inert means
Tungsten electrod consume ho jata h
Sir just one question so in this case electrode is not consumable like MIG welding?
Yes in TIG WELDING electrode is non consumable
But why it is non consumable?
aluminum and magnesium remained difficult because these metals react rapidly with the air and result in porous weld.Processes using flux-covered electrodes did not satisfactorily protect the weld area from contamination. To solve the problem, inert gases and non conaumable electrodes are used.
Cold TIG WELDER KITNE KA AATA HE OR YE ANI METAMS ME KAAM KARTA HAI GOLD AND SILVER ME
Tig welding ke baare mein Uske main part ke baare Bataye uske paas ke kya naam hai
tig welding mai rod change ni krna prta jaisy arc welding m krty h
Sir mera ALP CBT 2 ka exam ha isliye I see your videos sir isme ek wrong bataya ha Apne TIG MA DC power supply likha ha or yeh wrong ha TIG AC power supply use karta ha check it sir
sir but mujhe ye nahi samajh me aa Raha tungsten electrode use hi kyo kiye??? plz answer
TUNGSTEN electrode is used because it can withstand very high temperatures with minimal melting or erosion. Electrodes are made by powder metallurgy and are formed to size after sintering.
