    Dusri gas welding ki video mn aapne bataya ki O2 aur acetylene dusri baar react karne p CO2+H2+heat generate hoti h. Iss video m H20 generate hori. Can u please explain?

    Sir, iam using Lpg and Oxygen for refrigerator line brazing. For copper/copper and Copper/Iron brazing which flame suitable neutral or oxidising.

      Hey.. I found using Oxygen-acetylene gas is good for brasing purpose.
      In case you are using lpg- oxygen is also acceptable but it contain moisture and carbon may effect on flame. So join strength is low.

      I appreciate your question for asking. Actually Neutral Flame mai 2 reaction hoti hai... First reaction mai same ratio mai jab O2 and C2H2 ko burn krte hai to Blue zone developed hota hai ( 2 C2H2 + 2 O2 = 4 CO + 2H2 )
      First reaction mai ham same volume use krte hai esly ratio 1:1 consider krte hai..
      Now come to your question, Actually ap ne sahi kaha hai ki 1:2.5 mole chahiye hote hai complete combustion ke liye but yaha ham complete combustion nhi karate kyuki agr complete combustion kra denge to second reaction mai flame atm mai jo O2 available hai uske karan oxidise ho jaygi.

    Bhaiyon or unki beheno iss video mai colur flame ka galat hai sahi colur alag -alag flame ka ye hai
    Neutral Flame-inner cone colour white and outer envelope colour is blue.
    Oxidising Flame- inner cone colur-bright white colour and outer envelope colour is blue flame
    Carburizing flame-Inner cone colour is white
    Intermediate zone is red
    Outer envelope is blue colur
