Struggling @1080p Low | RTX 3060, i5 9400f & HDD crashes Starfield

So this game mentions that SSD is a requirement, but I had hoped it wouldn't struggle this bad, borderlining on literally unplayable. Time for an upgrade ig 😬
My specs:
- Zotac Twin Edge RTX 3060
- Intel i5 9400f
- 16 GB DDR4 RAM @ 3200MHz
- 1080p 165Hz acer VG240Y Monitor
- An old 1TB HDD
