Would love to crochet groom my locs. 2 years in with my DIY locs and I have loose hair EVERYWHERE. Went and got it done once but wasn't satisfied with what the loctitian did. Had expected a better job from her plus I wasn't feeling her energy over my head so I never went back🙅
I would love to crochet my locs since I semi free form and don’t restwist my hair really often at all
I think you should add more locks for a fuller look
Omg why is she lying to you. I love your glasses, so cute.❤️❤️❤️🤣🤣🤣
That was perfect!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Anyone else confused? What was I supposed to learn? Someone help a slow sister out please 😂😅
That it is a NO for fine hair and it will slip out if you do a lot of diy's with oils and stuff.
@@Brownmahfun thanks so much! I was struggling to tell whether it was a joke or a warning against some locticians or something! Glad you cleared that up 🤗
@@heiwani_ You are Welcome.
@@heiwani_ Yeah the acting was pretty bad.
@@heiwani_Loool I got it straight away because I have fine hair and she did make it obvious at the end that we’re supposed to learn from it. I think it was a good way of warning those with fine hair. I
Picked it up immediately and decided the crochet method aint for me before the video even ended
So wait, is it a good idea in this scenario or no? Which person was right lol they both had valid points
I guess the point is *it's still your choice.*
Caught on replay 😊
So is it actually okay ?
Not for fine hair and it will slip out if you do a lot of diy's with oils and stuff.
@@Brownmahfun what exactly is fine hair ?
@@Ash-qi3fu When the diameter of each hair is tiny to very tiny.
Loved this very helpful info
Clarity please: is crochet grooming different from interlocking?
Yes, they are completing different.
Interlocking is when you pull the lock through itself at the roots to create the knot. Crochet you take the loose hair and wrap it around the shaft of the lock and then push it into the lock with the crochet needle.
Like the ‘skit concept’ but waaaaay to long!
I would like to have crochet grooming because I am 2 years in and my locs are frizzy.
Best way to curtail frizzy locs is through palmrolling.
Why go to another loctician when you are one? You could do it yourself
Because she wants to learn how to do it first. Plus, she can not see the intricacies of the top of her head.
But wait…. Did she really hang up on you???
Her loc family
😅💚💚 funny yet insightful skit.
