two issues. First, the Mustang used in Gone In 60 Seconds was a GT500. Not at 350 (both movies). Second, the GT350 used in Bullitt was never restored and sold at the Mecum Auto Auction in 2021 for just over a million dollars. It was a huge pleasure to watch that iconic car roll across the auction block and just being that close to it.
I don't think they claimed this was the actual Bullitt car did they? I struggle to believe he restored it for 22k hell a paint job now adays goes for that amount? Never mind all the other parts they installed on it. Beautiful car though can't argue that?
My brother is a master mechanic. He also is a great body work guy. He has spent most of his life restoring and selling Mustangs. He still has the one he bought when he was around 17 years old. He is now 62 and retired but still loves these cars.
I don't know who did the editing but you don't go back to the first one and repeat the footage on it rather than showing what happened to the one from Gone in 60 Seconds the whole point is to keep the audience's attention and you don't do that by showing footage of the other car again and again
The best word Rick said was when he grown when he opened the back door and he seen the interior and went oh you instantly knew he loved it great story and the bandana looks fine
i poop you negative, i got a volkswagen thing as a wedding gift from my dad 47 years ago. i LOVED that car! except for the heater (it kept blowing the fuse, and we were in flagstaff, az in a snowstorm). i still can't believe i sold it, but hey, it wasn't family friendly, so wth. i've looked for a restored one recently, but the prices are a little ridiculous.
The Volkswagen Thingnis one of the most accurately named automobiles ever. Of course it could have been more accurately named the Volkswagen What the Hell is That Thing.
As much as I love the late 60s and very early 70s muscle cars, the 2 in the car chase scene are 2 of my favorites. Everyone knows the 68 Fastback, But that 68 Charger was no chicken. If you watch the Chace scene, the Charger is shown way more around curves. Also the Stang is shown but not as much as the other. Great cars and 1 legend of an actor that was driving the car. R.I.P Steve.
N code GT Mustangs had the 390FE motor. Standard GTs had the 302, and this car is not the standard GT. It's a GT CS (or California Special) and there was a ton of them made. The regular standard GT had the dual exhaust that came out the lower valance with chrome rings fully surrounded by the valance, note this one has 1/2 circles where the exhaust comes thru, hence GT CS. The original Bullit car was a N code GT with a 390FE. I KNOW early muscle cars....I wrenched for right at 30 years, it's my thang 😛
@@jamesroberts1800 Umm...the 390 was an S code, the GT/CS was only built on the coupe (hardtop) body and was in fact limited production and the tailpipe going through the rear valance with chrome ring surrounds were only on 65-66 GTs.
Man, it ticks me off how rude Corey is to older people. Just calling the older fella with the Mustang "dude", Rick should have slapped him over the head!
I saw him on Chris's angle's mind freak he has a real hi hair line I think that's why he wears the bandana I wore a hat in highschool for the same reason
That's a 50,000 dollar car nowadays simply because it's not even close to being as Elinore was. The car in Gone In 60 Seconds was a silverish looking color instead of white plus all the pawn stars ⭐ shows was scripted so people would think they paid alot for most vehicles...Ask me how I know, please do lol...I know a couple people that knew a few people and after the old man passed on. My feelings towards the show went with Mr Harrison, may he rest in peace. And Corey had the utmost respect for his grandfather and that's a huge plus for me...May God always bless you Corey cause you were so good to your grandfather and Gods going to always bless ya brother...Believe that...
Mustangs were created for girls. Camaro was for the boys. I was in hugh school when they came out. Best muscle car to me is a '68-'70 Chevelle SS with the 454 engine. Music to my ears!
Man I have to say this I love both shows but man this has got to be one of your worst editing I don't know how many times this would repeat itself and or you this is the 2nd time now I'm watching the Shelby part you say they paid 110 like 6 times. man I love your channel. This is the only reason I'm saying something I don't ever comment just because most of the time everyone else out there has some bullshit bad stuff to say. I'm just saying this to u so you know I'm not doing it to dog u I just hated to see you drop the ball like that.. I hope u take this in a constructive kind of way
I'm glad I read through the comments before posting. I couldn't agree more. The editing and meandering narration is probably the worst that I've seen and heard this year. I genuinely like this channel and the vids, but this one... aaaggghhh.

The Bullet mustang car had a 390 in it not a 302 also.

The Count is one cool dude. Should be in some movies.
The best word Rick said was when he grown when he opened the back door and he seen the interior and went oh you instantly knew he loved it great story and the bandana looks fine
Back in 1973 I bought a 1968 mustang GT, 390, 4 speed. But it had been a drag car and had some problems.
I miss Danny on the show. The guy was awesome
Dang that friendship between rick and danny is so solid
both so sweet & cool guys ❤️❤️❤️🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🍀
WOW GREAT STUFF...100's of hours condensed into a terrific short video❤
Way back when I was a kid . My neighbor had one of those black Lincoln.
Ahh Rick was about to cry getting his Thing as a wedding gift.
You showed the same car twice at the beginning and at the end

It looks great but it's no longer A. GT

R.I.P Steve.
Looks like my first Lincoln. It was gold gold interior.
Mc Queens Mustang was a 390 big block.
I like stock ,but those wheels are beautiful!
Beautiful lincholn
The bandana is fab. Don't lose it.
What happened to the lights in the grill on the GT ?
Yeah your gonna get SOME!!.. LoL 🤣
Why in the hell would you remove the GT lights from the grille?
Hated the sound affects in that movie. All sorts of shifting going on with both hands on the wheel.😮😅😂
I call Bullshit on the Mustang, GT's Had 390's not 302's

Eleanor in gone in 60 seconds was customized Shelby GT500
Man, it ticks me off how rude Corey is to older people. Just calling the older fella with the Mustang "dude", Rick should have slapped him over the head!
The bullet mustang had fog lights on the grill when they bought it it didn't when it was finished
I really wish someone would have corrected Rick on the 67 Mustang Shelby GT350....It was a GT500 used in the film....not a GT350.
I saw him on Chris's angle's mind freak he has a real hi hair line I think that's why he wears the bandana I wore a hat in highschool for the same reason
Hey its dollar store negan!
The Mustang was missing the two grill lights which were factory…… NO DEAL!
The Fog Lights in The Grill had you All excited ! When the car all fixed up their no Fog lights ? So what s up ?
Cool content in this video, but the way you put this together was very sloppy.
I'm surprised someone actually married Rick...
He practically bold he want
Every popular pawn shop show has an EASILY hated son
Com muita classe de pessoas trabalho resgate vai top 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
You must of fell asleep with the repeat button on while editing
The old man should have smacked Corey real a******
The Thing looks like Volkswagen just took their WW2 Kubelwagen design and modified it for the civilian market.
WOW that's amazing..I didn't know that 🙄
McQueen Had A GT with a 390

an old car is an old car is an old car.

Sad the show ended
You repeat the same video of black mustang!
What happened in the end? I do bet that the count did not do the same car twice.
I would have given him 25,000 for it.
Why not decode the VIN to determine if it's a true GT? No guess work.
Except the original Gone In 60 Seconds car was a Mach1 Mustang, not a Shelby
Mach 1 wasn't produced until 68
@@davidjudge2913 you're right, and the original film came out in '71, and the original wreck from the film is on display at The Peterson auto museum
Who edited the video? Jie Biden?
Mustangs were actually some of worst built cars ever made.
Cory can't wipe his behind right
Neither can x-list
He wears it because he has a hy hair line but Danny is a great guy
22 inch monkey wheels on that Lincoln how Tacky
THAT'S HOW YOU SAY.. I LOVE YOU MAN , WITHOUT HAVING A QUEEN OF BUDWESER BEER LOL !!
Why telling me up front what they are going to tell me a second later? Just shut up 😄
Not the original Eleanor. That was a yellow mach I. 614 HSO
I thought all GT's were 390ci
Why do men like cars so much?
The mustang grill is not the same go figure okay.
I don’t like the look of the Thing. Take it back to stock!
Man I have to say this I love both shows but man this has got to be one of your worst editing I don't know how many times this would repeat itself and or you this is the 2nd time now I'm watching the Shelby part you say they paid 110 like 6 times.

Yes the repetition annoyed me almost enough not to watch the entire video.
I'm glad I read through the comments before posting. I couldn't agree more. The editing and meandering narration is probably the worst that I've seen and heard this year. I genuinely like this channel and the vids, but this one... aaaggghhh.
Why are you just repeating everything Rick and Danny said? And then you showed bullit twice... I would rather just listen to them
" tire wheels" ??
Me myself I prefer the mustang chase scene from gone in 60 seconds movie with nick cage better
Ugly wheels on that old Lincoln. What a spoiling of a restoration.
Eleanor gt500 and 1971 mustang fast back. Not correct information in this video!!!
That thing must be the ugliest car ever made
Soul.
The bandana looks ridiculous. Lose it..
Latino car guys love the bandana. It's a culture thing.
Bandana is cool, keep it 😎
I'm pretty sure he had a bad head injury he is covering up with the bandana.😢
@@maitreyas.4902 I'm pretty sure he's just bald
He's a amazing guy I've met him and he's legit!!
👍 😎
Beeps for an expletive sh*t come on its 2023
He can't.. cause he ain't got a Forehead..he's got a Five or six head...
Horrible with subtitles forced on screen
i dont understand the american need to have someone narrating what you saw .. its annoying af . the same words, no new information.
Do you really need to talk over it? Ruined the original edit.
You lost half what your worth with them words I do😊😅
Never heard of a prenup
IT WAS A GT500 IN GONE IN SIXTY SECONDS.
I hate the narration!😵
Rip off
👍🌞
Really? 2 times the same mustang on the same video?
And why not ruin the car in the progress
Chum's wheels sucy❗😝
Stop padding your videos with double cuts.
Its all bs
