    4:03 Definition query, can somebody explain what this statement mean? how did she arrived using that statement and what's the significance of those numbers?
    And why is band 10 and 11 not displaying properly in Cambodia part (just all gray)?

    Why is not a study of the effect of thousands of air-source heat pumps in a valley in still air? Could this create the opposite of the urban heat island?

    Urban Heat Island effect is poorly interpreted. The same teaching has been ongoing for a long time. The observation is accurate but the hypothesis is simplistic due to failure to understand the physics of heat transfer.
