Man the fact that oliver hasnt blown up more than he did shows just how much these labels fuck around. They be getting these AWFUL rappers on the radio and promoted on youtube just shoving them down peoples throats and oliver gets ignored by the mainstream cause he refuses to sign his life and his music over to some bankers. You stay doin your thing man you're killin it as always I been listening since 2016 when I heard "23" the first time on the channel ryan Celsius and I'll stay listening cause you're dope.
It just amazes me how versatile of an artist he truly is. There are so many different styles and types of music he incorporates and makes his own. From midwest speed with laid back beats to dirty south style club bangers he nails it all. Even this track screams that Staten Island grimy style that reminds me of Onxy, Wu Tang, Beastie Boys.
Oliver I haven't listened to you for years and now that I'm rediscovering you, I'm shocked to see how great your music has become. I guess I'll never leave again

i hope oli knows how important he's been to me and to so many other ppl. Since i've started listening to his stuff, he's always dropped project in keys moments of my life. AMMAN came out when i had problems with self confidence and struggling to understand who i was and what I wanted to become. Crown of death came out when i felt lonelier than ever. I not only attented his set at Block by Block West, but i was part of the builder team who built the stage. Listening to that Ep now (which is btw oli's most underated project) brings me so many good memories. Hijinks dropped while I was in my first week of uni ever and I listened (and still do... i mean it only dropped 3 months ago) to it non-stop in the subway while going to class. I think that Pond Scum is my favorite oli project ever. In the last month, i've been reflecting on my life a lot and im proud of where I am and of what im becoming. I feel like im figuring it out, i dont feel lonely anymore, and since Pond Scum dropped a month ago it has been playing in my headphones non-stop. I feel like there's so much of oli's eps or albums that are tied to moments i cherish and those moments are now core memories to me. I really wish oli knows how much his music has been part of his fans' life and how his music is and always will be art that we hold deep in our hearts. Thx bro
