Yes there is a San Isidro(town) in Heredia Province, very close to San Jose (city). The San Isidro in this video is the town of San Isidro de El General, which is a part of Pérez Zeledón district and San Jose Province. It's a few hours south of San Jose(city) and about the same latitude as Domincal Beach 👍
So the cabin I showed did have screens on the windows, but a couple bugs did make it in. There's a cabin I didn't show closer to the river, it has no windows but a bug net over the bed. The two houses near the parking have proper windows and doors. Overall in this area there's not that many mosquitos.
