Oh my god! This is what I have been looking for. I'm on the GAPS; a healing diet. One of the staples is to simply drink 2-4 cups of stock/broth every day since it's pretty much effortless to digest and the collagen is nutritious for the intestinal cells. I need to learn how to make it tastier though so this video is perfect.

I have been making some great stock for years now without any training at all. After watching this, my stock is going to be phenomenal. Lots of great info here. Finding proper beef bones may be tricky, any suggestions?

      Thank you !!!
Buy marrow bones at the supermarket. Problem solved. Every mainstream supermarket I've been in sells little 2 pound packages right out of the meat cases. Buy 5 packs and you've got 10 pounds!! That's a perfect amount for a 40-50 quart domestic stock pot. Enjoy

Nice video, very informative. You would get more views if this video was 3:00 to 4:00 mins long.

      That's funny.
This video was obviously not made to generate a volume of views.
This video was made to be an ageless comprehensive instructional video on how most brown sauces are made.
Thank you for your comment though.

You're getting not only the recipe but the philosophy to creating a balanced brown stock which can be furthered into espangle and demi.
