Mainmark Commercial - Wed2B Case Study - Milton Keynes, July 2024

We were really pleased to be given this Commercial warehouse job by one of our Insurer partners. Our brief was to come into the warehouse of Wed2B and re-level the floor which had collapsed due to poor substrate. When we arrived, John Shears Wed2B Operations Manager, showed us the huge gaps between the bottom of the rails holding Wed2B's dresses and the floor.
Their team were constantly tripping up due to the ground's uneven foundation. It took our team less than a week to come into this commercial space and inject our Teretek solution to improve the strength of the ground and bring the floor level.
The team were particularly happy that they were able to continue to be operational whilst our work was being carried out. It meant not only did they save a ton of cost-saving not having to go down the traditional underpinning route, they were able to keep appointment bookings and keep selling their wedding dresses.
