When i was in school i wasn't even aloud to pick up snow even. Back in junior high if you did i think the rule was if you are caught picking it up and/or touching snow you could potentially get suspended if memory serves.
Years later in the now/current time/times I realize that likely they were trying to make snowball fights a thing of the past. I mean think about it. Does anyone during snowy weather have snowball fights anymore?
