For me, being active is my every day routine, so I have intentionally taken off December from making myself do any form of exercise. If I do exercise this month, it's because I choose to. And I have done. You're one of my inspirations to keep active, Maya. I love it. My fave exercise is walking and cycling.

I always have to be mindful of whoever is near me before asking or saying something that is on my mind. It is annoying repeating over and over 'just...' and 'may I ask you...' Sometimes it makes me sound not confident and awkward and sometimes my vocabulary is shortened to a few words. I will try my best to redefine my way of speaking to others. I love your channel! These were great tips!! I would add if your company has a Health Savings Account (HSA) contribute to it. You contribute pre-tax and can spend it on pre-qualified health expenses. It never expires so you can use it anytime in your life.
habit: switch off your electronics once in a while haha i tend to never turn off my phone or computer, just put them close them but not actually turning them off. It's really good for your electronics battery and all that!!
Hi. Maya, new subscriber here. You have inspire me into being more productive I'm really thankful for finding your channel. I have been praying to God that I want to become an elementary teacher. (Way before finding your channel.) I believe everything happens for a reason. God put you in my life, so I can stop being lazy and become more productive. I want to take the path of teaching because I love being with younger kids and teaching them because I know theres some teachers who really appreciate when students actually learn from what they teach. I've seen that with my past teachers. But what I wanted to ask is what do I need to major? Or What degree do I need, so I can become a teacher? I graduated in 2020 but took a break for personal reasons and now I started looking into colleges on what I do I need to major or like start off I just don't know where to start off at. I'm thinking of starting at community college because my GPA was a 2.7 which was not that good when I graduated. So I don't where to start off.

I gave myself a habit 2-3 years ago, in the past I would drink soda a lot and when it was bedtime, I would never fall asleep, so what I did is when it's 2-3 hours before bedtime I would switch to drinking only water and I now fall asleep faster. I don't know if it's because of the soda that I had a hard time sleeping or not but I'm going to stick to this because I now wake up at 4-5 am even on weekends without an alarm, like today I woke up at 4:24 am and I got lots of things done today and it's on 6:08 am now
