@@carolhariramani8831 hi, sorry for the late reply. I cook tomatoes for atleast 15 minutes to make them less sour. And from 9:20 - dont let chilli powder burn, cook it for 1-2 minutes on low flame, then add the prepared paste and DO NOT add water during this step and let it cook for 5-6 minutes till oil seperates stirring occasionally so it does not burn, then add chicken in it and cook with the sauce and now you can add water. Also, at 10:07 you do not need to change the cooking vessel, just keep cooking in the same one.

बहुत ही अच्छी रेसीपी है, मैं कभी हरी मिर्च चिकन मैं नही उपयोग करती हूं क्योंकि उससे चिकन करी मैं थोडासा कड़वा स्वाद आता है। और आजकल लाल मिर्च (पूरी)और हरी मिर्च दोनों का recipe मैं use hota hai, but दोनों का स्वाद अलग है, इसलिए या तो हरी मिर्च use करे या लाल। हरी मिर्च पुर्तगल से आई। भारत में कभी हरी या लाल मिर्च उगाई नही जाती थी। इसी वजह से आज लोगों को एसिडिटी का सबसे ज्यादा problem है।
