Those old looking apartments for rent are from the 70s when I was living along there and the other side of the road that is closed-in were apartments those few streets have gone downhill turned into a slum. It use to be all military rentals around that area. :)

We don’t know when this house was built, but it’s clear that it was recently renovated. In this video we walked along different streets and really saw a lot of very old apartments
