I stopped lactating after 2 months and started relactating at the begining of 4 th months so I try to pump 2 to 3 hrs at daytime and get 5 hrs sleep from 4 to 9 and sometimes i get frustrated for not sticking to my schedule either the baby needs to be taken care of or even taking care of my other baby girl as well ,, so is that schedule promising or should i pump more?
