Really nice video, appreciate the effort you put in. I’m not sure if it was just the editing but you made the assembly look quite easy. How would you rate the challenge of one of these kits?
Thanks! Some of it was editing. The hardest part I would say was just getting everything lined up correctly. There were a few times where I just couldn't get the movement lined up with the case and I only included the clip where I did it correctly. I'd say it's relatively easy to assemble as long as you don't have shaky hands
paying $300. to assemble a watch face??? The movement is already completed you didnt "build" anything. So glad I "watched" this video. I almost bought this kit!

Jesus Christ, they want WAY to much for their kits. You could spend much less procuring the items yourself, and still get an ETA movement. SIY Watch Club is a complete waste of money.

I figured there wouldn't be any actual mechanical work. Just assembly of aesthetics. I really hate hipsters.
