@@oberstwake Broadsiding at close range to BBs is death in Asia server If you would like, I can point out time stamps. Also charging two DDs at once in a certain death. People just went out to their way to get killed by you. Now, this does happen a lot, maybe you knew you'll not get deleted by doing that and you just flat broadsided to people. But under normal circumstances, I'd be too scared to do that with BBs that close.
@@anubhavmuku96 , I believe you are mistaken on several counts. First, please time stamp any moment where I was actually broadside to an enemy BB where it was a large threat. That meaning, it wasn't a Scharnhorst at range (which will have a hard time citadelling a Mass beyond 10km) or a Massachusetts at 14km that had just fired. All my turns were very calculated and I knew what was out there. Also, you may not play Massachusetts, but fighting DDs that are spotted is hardly suicide. I had 2 CV allies that could light up the enemy DDs, and arguably the best, most accurate secondaries in the game. So, explain to me how this equates to suicide? I think the fact that I sunk both of them and took no torps from them is testament that you are entirely wrong. It would seem you think you know more about this game than you actually do.

I just imagine the Heavy AP overpens like this: Leander at 16km gets hit by Massa. Direct hit from a very steep angle but it overpens. It goes through the whole fukin ship, all the way into the water but it is not somehow a citadel. Seamen on the ship with weird English accent: "This is foine m8. It's juszz a hole!".
I assume you are talking about the first rounds I fired at the Leander in the beginning? I for sure thought one of those were going to get a citadel, if not dev strike him outright.
Damn that drought from 6:20 to 11:54 is unreal 7 savos and 1350 damage to show for it. I cannot agree with the comments about RNG as you had very little mostly it was the luck of red idiots but certainly not random number generator.
Awsome game a lot is down to skill and a good set of captains skills, but the tactics were spot on, I wish I could have just one game like that, one where when I fire torpedos someone does not run in front in a cruiser trying to brawl a 2 tier higher BS down and then die to torps I fired, or when sat in smoke waiting, your own side does not ram you out of said smoke into the open for you to die (still can't work that one out yet) perhaps one day rng will be kind to me.
I have both Massachusetts bbs, I bought the 2nd Massachusetts B because of the black camo. So, why run your Massachusetts B, and chose a camo that anyone can use?
A couple reasons. One, I feel in my experience of shooting at Mass Bs that their stock camo makes an easier silhouette to aim for waterline citadel shots than other camos. Also, I tend to maximize the time I play since it seems so little nowadays, so I try and put camos on my vessels that give better bonuses than just +50% exp that the Black camo does. In this case I slapped on the WOWS Anniversary one that has +100% exp so I could get my daily containers faster, and it breaks up the silhouette a bit better. And yes, I did get this in a container during Black Friday 2018 event.

(2) JOAT: Hydro and Heal are very important to survive close encounters. Every reduction in cooldown helps. (2) AR: For the straight boost of your DPM. (3) BFT: Faster firing secondaries and slightly better AA. (3) SI: As said: you need the extra heal alot. (4) Manual-Sec: Obvious (and mandatory) choice. (4) AFT: Also obvious choice as you need the range to be effective.
