Its not a ban, verify your game files/redownload the game. Then turn your computer off completely (Dont click restart, click off and then use your pc power button to turn it back on) and verify the game one more time.
I was on a server yesterday on Dust and a guy had 100-25. I think his name was SWAT. He definitely was hacking because he knew EXACTLY where I was standing. Fucking ridiculous.
If you dont want banned dont cheat. Good luck getting your account back but i dont really believe you are innocent in this. Juat because you show legit ganeplay leading up to the ban doesnt mean you are a legit player
I've had matches before with a k.d similar to this and just now I got banned. I'm not sure why but I don't care anymore. Yesterday I was playing Deathmatch there was a guy who had 100-25 and yet he didn't get banned mid match. The VAC algorithm is picky.
