The 2kw has been plenty for us. We did two weeks in scotland this month and it got down to -9. The highest we ever had the unit on was power 4 of 10. We pretty much kept it on power 1 for most of the trip and it held a good temperature.
Thanks! I have a man L4H3 (2020) and want to build the the Autoterm 2D heater in it. So, we don't need to put any fuel slangs into the thank? That's already factory done?
@@marijngeerts Yeah 100% it works this is what the plastic nipple is made for. we’ve sold a fair few now and all good. Just make sure when you cut off the nipple there is a tiny 1mm hole in the top and you are good to go. It clicks on well 😇
Doing this today, this video is a godsend!
Heater is in, it’s just the fuel line and connecting up to do today
Ah that’s a really nice comment thanks. 🙏
Great video as always Mark, honest and informative.Look forward to seeing the Scottish video.
Thanks Pete 😎
I’m looking to fit a 4D under the drivers seat but seeing how much spare is there I’m not sure now 🤪 Need to get one of the fuel connectors

Yeah there’s no need if you buy the connection kit instead.
@@ahoyleisure Okay, because I've e-mailed MAN to check if this is connected inside the tank and they said they don't know. haha.
