To be honest when it was 2-2 I almost wanted the draw, just to give them a chance to come to Old Trafford, because they did put up a good old fight.
Credit to their manager, he saw how we were exploiting them early on, and he changed things around, but really it was always going to only go one way.

The first newport goal was a wonder strike. The second one was was the product of lazy, inattentive defense that we’ve come to expect from United.
If this game had VAR .. the 1st goal we scored would have been offside.
