    Been doin this proper for 3 years now,I am ex forces and started because of the Cateran yomp,I’ve came across your channel and I think that the information and teaching is second to none,I do anything from 10 to a 30 miler every Sunday 20-25 kg bergan,I would just like to say bravo brother ya wicked 🥾🥾🇬🇧⚔️✊🏻
