These AVA machines need more recognition in the U.S. They're amazing machines. Not low quality like some other companies- AVA are high standard machines.
Hi I bought an ep9 And now that screen show the setting and the Button are rotated from inside How can i open the machine for having access to inside of that to fix that?
I have a question. if you are running the machine with ink and you want to put more voltage you have to balance backwards... but if you have ink in your cartridge that means that the ink will flow inside the machine clogging everything... design problem?.
The ion batteries are not the best on this machine loses power so fast and when you turn power on it has no force to jump start the needle just switches itself off so annoying. An actual built in battery would have been better. Anyone else had same issue ?

Remove your cartridge if you want to adjust your machine i suggest
@@adamfun9333 not a really good idea removing cartridge everytime You want to change the voltage... Not so productive.
I use this machine never had any issues with ink while adjusting the voltage
