Here’s a heady coctail, where the best psychedelic elements from 1960’s meet Delta blues in a garage with serious intentions. The phat bass lines and the funky and rich drumming build a house, where fiery and earthy slide-guitar takes no prisoners. The cherry on the cake comes courtesy of Honey B’s singing. Think updated Memphis Minnie and you’re close.
Captured in Memphis at the legendary Sun Recording Studios, mixed and mastered in Finland by James Spectrum (of the Pepe Deluxe fame), this tune really hypnotizes its listener.
