No, eligibility is Gove/pvt sector companies, PSU banks and private banks and private employees who have companies present in minimum 4 states( possibility of transfer) only these people are eligible

From ex showroom price we need to deduct GST First

You will have to mandatorily withdraw when your two years expires
After 2 years (when u goto pay ur 2nd installment of tax) you will have to submit FORM 60 again, and if at that time you are not eligible to get BH series number plate you will have to get a state registration😂
No need of form 60 while renewing bh series ,I have paid for my vehicle ..please don't misguide people if you are not aware of the process
