As a gentleman approaching "older gentleman" status I like and wear many of those styles. But I have to draw the line at double breasted jacket and running sneakers. Especially bright colored vintage ones
definitely age gives a man stateliness, and ideally it was also the model of such aged men, they effectively expressed themselves for that and where the clothes would give something in a man, thereby emphasizing the stateliness of age to the solidity of clothes😜😘
Butt-freezers jackets and tight, high-water pants! Er … NO!!! Not if you’re over 18 years old. Same with the one-size-too-small PeeWeeHerman suits, like Daniel Craig’s Bond character. If you’re grown up, wear clothes that fit, not some designer’s nightmare of what an anorexic teenager might choose.
