We are living in a day in which the messages of the prophets must be understood and proclaimed. Jesus lived and preached, constantly under the knowledge that He was fulfilling the words of the prophets, "Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man shall be accomplished" (Luke 18:31).
Jesus upbraided the two disciples on the road to Emmaus for not believing what the prophets spoke. "Then He said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken" (Luke 24:25).
Paul clearly states that the prophets speak to these last days, "Yea and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days" (Acts 3:24).
John the Baptist understood and preached the message of the prophets. He needed no new revelation, no new doctrine, no novel truth. He preached from Isaiah! "Now in those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying, Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is the one referred to by Isaiah the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, make ready the way of the Lords, make His paths straight!" (Matthew 3:1-3 NAS).
We do not need new truth - present truth - or whatever novel thing itching ears now seek for. We need to hear what the prophets spoke about this, our day. They were accurate regarding Christ in every detail. They must also be right about their warnings and admonitions to us!
All through the New Testament, you see events unfolding in order that what was spoken by the prophets might be fulfilled. "And when evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill in order that what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, "He Himself took our infirmities, and carried away our diseases" (Matthew 8:16, 17 NAS). "But Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there. And many followed Him, and He healed them all, and warned them not to make Him known, in order that what was spoken through Isaiah the Prophet might be fulfilled.." (Matthew 12:15-17 NAS).
Isaiah saw the glory of Jesus centuries ago; and he preached Christ in his own day. Isaiah not only saw the future Lord and Savior; he also had a hard, devastating vision of the very days in which we live, His vision in Chapter 21 must be understood, heeded and proclaimed! It is a message for this time!
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

I almost never listen to preachers on audio or video, but I have been listening to David Wilkerson a whole lot. I do not pray much, and I know God wants to use me in these trying final days. Please remember me in prayer everyone. I need them daily.

The great majority of us disciples struggle with the spiritual disciplines, such as prayer as you mentioned. But keep pressing and keep allowing yourself to grow in the Word. My prayers are with you.

Mike Bell, Praying will be key, in these last day's, so get ready Spiritual, mentality, physical, all are important as a Christian. I try praying thruout the day, can be early morning, and driving as Christ is sitting next to you spiritually. Increase over time, this is for the long haul, not short term. Also prepare with dry food, water storage, candles and matches, pray God to show you, don't think the lie given that's its not faithful to get ready ?? Those people in the Bible did, like Noah, Joseph, David, Abraham, all prepared ,right down to the us today. The founding fathers, trusted in God, and prepared for hard time's, a revolution, not just prayer only, but action and Gods Deliverance came, mixed with there sacrifices and blood. The same during World War 2, GOD help's us, best when we pray first, then act in faith, and during the end time's you will need items to help in ministry to other's, those that Christ draws to you...( yes he will give food and drink when your efforts are used up)True some will be raptured early on,(ones full of oil, in Bible) during beginning actions by Evil people those used by the Dragon, next you have many who call themselves good Christians, but are full of doubts, division, love of the world, making money, etc. They will hopefully at least see the rapture happen, so they can repent, and then be martyr's for Christ, not take the mark( RFID chip), to buy and sell, lastly there are some who choose to stay here ( praying to God too) and fight the dragon, called the Remnant Army, in the Bible. Helping by prayer and faith, those overwhelmed by the event's unfolding before them,. widows and orphans, elderly, also those who know how to fight will Patriots. That's Praying with action, even if to the death, a different way of martyrdom, if and when required. So cheer up, man up and fight the good fight of faith. Just a note, Christ Jesus did not fight, but laid down his life to save, also his disciples in the early Pentecostal Church, were martyrs and didn't fight back, and most Jews during WWII didn't fight back walking to be shot, the last day's are different the Remnant Army are God's witness's during the end, with some even" cheating death ",but suffering great hardships and when Christ comes on "clouds of glory" those alive and those that died will go up to Christ, from the earth. What I'm saying is, those evil ones we kill, not murder, is to help those poor soul's still alive, and then lead in prayer to God, its end time's actions, remember those killed have the mark of the beast, and can not repent, can only rape, murder, steal, round up those not following orders by the New World Order,to take the mark, get in line, and renounce Jesus Christ. There's more to the end time's, then most think about, why because they want a quick exit !! OK, some don't.. Later..
People like Servant of God David Wilkerson are missed in our generation but till the Lord comes they are worth to follow.
Praise God for David Wilkerson .. he is a great preacher and love of the true WORD. Not found in services today. We are blessed to have these tapes. God cares about the ones living now. .in the terrible days of apostasy churched
Jesus tells us ALL to "watch and pray." We are all watchman.

We can only be Watchmen when we Obey Him to truly watch and pray and not all people who say they are Christian believers do that ! Big difference......
@@carolynemurray6686 Yes. There is a big difference between those who are born again and those who only claim to be. But, even though all believers are called to watch and pray, that doesn't mean all believers have matured in that calling. I wouldn't assume they were hypocrites or false converts. Some people go the other extreme and quit doing the work of evangelizing the world or encouraging other believers to mature in their walk with Jesus. Even the apostle Paul corrected the Thessalonians for neglecting their work because they were too busy "watching" for Jesus to return, and they became "busybodies" instead of "workers" for Christ. Glorifying Jesus Himself should be the emphasis in all that we do, and not the "doing" itself, whether we are watching, praying, working, evangelizing, encouraging, helping the needy, etc.

I would have given anything to have heard this 50 years ago. That’s when I was seeking God in the charismatic churches. I had discernment but I stumbled learning the things of God. I was so amazed that preachers didn’t teach what we needed to hear. Yes it is best to learn directly from God but I believe there is less stumbling when we have a Godly leader!
Our only righteousness comes from Jesus!! Thank you God for mercy, grace, and love. I can’t get enough of listening to his messages. I know he is in Heaven, but to me, the anointing rests so strong on the messages for me, until I can hardly believe he passed on my husbands and my anniversary in 2011. I grieve now, because to me he just passed. Sorry. It’s just the heart for souls and God he had. I feel such a kinship spiritually in that area. God is sending me to New York in May.. I will have to do what he tells me. I am willing. God bless this ministry always

False religious teaching, like drugs, gives false enjoyment, a false sense of security. But the letdown afterwards is far worse in severity than the level of false enjoyment or false sense of security you thought you had. We are thankful for those like Pastor Wilkerson, who draws in a straight line

when i didnt know any better, i was a newbie, i went to a church and they televised this event. they were laying hands on people and people would fall. then these guys came over to me. One of them layed hands on me and kept telling me to not resist. So, me being new to all this, I figured that i was supposed to just not resist and let myself fall down. i didnt want to but the preacher kept insisting, and ohysically pushing my head backwards, so i thought maybe there was something i didnt understsnd, so, i just LET myself fall. i layed in the floor on my back for maybe 5 minutes. i kind if felt bad afterwards because i realized that what i experienced might have all been in my mind.. I have NOT ever done that again. Ive had others try to do the same to me but i DID NOT fall to the floor anymore. There is NO RECORD of this practice in the bible. Its MADE UP.
I RESPECT AND GIVE REVERENCE to THE HOLY SPIRIT, but I can tell you that this type of display does not edify. It appears to me that preachers that go around doing this are doing this to deceive people.
God is a God of ORDER.
Benny Hinn is always doing this, and he even blasphemed Jesus by making the audience believe that Jesus is actually on the stage, causing people to get "as they call it" slained , as they walk 'towards' Him.. Total BLASPHEMY

I was introduced to David Wilkerson through the Times Square Church Pulpit series,over 20 years ago.I actually got to hear him in person once in West Palm Beach, my hometown now for 44 years. I have failed God miserably in my walk with Him. But I am always restored because of His tender mercies. Brother David has always been my favorite preacher because he never held back. He was a true prophet in every sense of the word. He has left this world but his teachings are her for us, I pray we all heed to his warnings because the time is drawing nigh. I am 55 years old and I intend to finish the race and fight the good fight, I need Jesus to lead me and guide me. Pastor Wilkerson is a true gift to the church, I will see him when the trumpet sounds. Amen
God bless you, you have a great testimony, and pastor Wilkerson's preaching has blessed me also, I never had the privilege to meet him as you have, but the record message is honest truth of jesus christ gospel he preached, always gets me back on the right path.

We have for sure lost an amazing obedient and anointing servant of God.
I was on and of in Christianity after I left the church in my college days. I realize what was the difference between that time and now not so long ago... I was stealing God time. This is a confirmation! You don't hear pastors like Wilkerson anymore. I thank God that I have found his messages. I needed to be shaken by Jesus. I needed to straighten my life and give myself completely not just bread crumbs of my time.

I read a book of David almost 40 years ago. It was about the end times at the end of the book their was a sinners prayer, after praying the prayer I found peace in my heart. Later on I spoke to many people and they gave their hearts to Jesus and after a few years we built an apostolic faith mission in Malelaan, South Africa.
That is in bible stand your ground like Jesus amen

That time I heard it. I could hear the answer come as if clearly to me. That revelation answered long standing questions I’ve repeated based entirely on doubts. Yet this time “Grace” revealed His “Mercy” to me. I know now why every possible sin and iniquity I’ve committed is continually revealed to me. “It is His Mercy, His cleansing of this temple, so that His workmanship is there in place and my own is not. It is said “I do not do this for your sakes”, it is to manifest His own workmanship. Vessels - watchman - sons of man - we are to be His workmanship just as Christ and the disciples were… Not that of our own. All Glory to God.
This sermon surely challenges.and shakes the present status quo in a good many churches.
Phd. student Richard Allinger reinforces the need for the continuation of the Reformation which started five centuries ago for the following six reasons cited in his book "The Reformation Cannot Be Over !":
i. God speaks today.
ii. Theologians make mistakes.
iii. New issues require new thinking.
iv. Scriptures must have priority over confessions.
v. The right of private judgment.
vi. Above all, it is important that we engage in the process of (semper reformanda) "always reforming" in the proper spirit and manner.

Mike you HAVE to pray thereby asking the Lord to fulfil the plans He has for your life, without prayer and reading of the word we cannot grow for when you are born you need milk and food to grow otherwise you will die of malnutrition. so above so below. you MUST ask the Holy Spirit for His help. The bible say that the Holy Spirit help your infirmity for we know not what to pray or how to pray. when you read the bible God WILL speak to you thru His word when you read His Word you start to cry for no apparent reason that is God cleansing you washing you clean thru His word. He says that if we abide in His word and His word abide in us we can ask whatever we desire and it shall be granted unto us. Ask according to His Will for your life. ask Him to bring to fruition His absolute plan for your life. God bless you when I pray and The Lord brings to remembrance your request I will endeavour to pray. It is not an easy walk the path is very narrow but what we go thru (no matter how hard) is nothing compared to what He has in store for us. To God be the Glory.

Pastor Wilkerson was a watchman during his time of earth. Who's our spiritual voice now? I know we should seek the voice of God, but it helps to have a spiritual man of God to be a watchman for the people of God, like Pastor Wilkerson.. Praise God for his voice
It has been really hard to watch lately, the darkness is pouring in thick and heavy.
I could not help but to weep last night after watching what they now doing to the children (Agenda 2030). Dear Lord please protect the innocence of these children worldwide, they are being sexualized and defiled by devils. Dear God have mercy on them please!
After trying to warn people about this I have been rejected by friends and family members and am almost completely alone now but God is enough and His grace is sufficient.

This is a real issue, they are forcing the mark on people who are alert enough to know what is going on on the real world. I know it. First hand. A person crying out night and day on the name of Jesus, saying they belong to Him and do NOT want it recieve the mark should NOT have it forced on them against their will. I know I can't be the only one. But Jesus knows the name and face of EVERY single soul. We belong to HIM...they may say that they get ones like me all the time...it should make them stop and THINK...it is not right and we the unheard voices saying no and clinging to Christ need to be heard. This issue needs to be addressed.It is our God given human right to refuse the Mark of the beast, to refuse to worship his Image and to choose Jesus.

I do not believe that he meant it in the interpretation that you call a lie as I listened to the whole video and all a while myself I pondered on that sentence, when he said "the devil can read our minds" in my spirit I was like no ! No he cannot read our minds.. but I understand now what he meant by that by another commenter .. the Bible says the devil roars like a lion seeking to devour. So I believe that he hunts his prey so he would read our actions and what we say in our words thus we may be careful for what we do actually speak because we can open doors then to the enemy in that way. I believe God is the only one that could read our thoughts and know our hearts. Extensively. Now we can see people's hearts and how they treat others and in how they use their words. By what comes out of the mouth. The fruit that is manifested. Will always come forward. Blessings to everyone.
