Back in the 70's the sky ride was awesome. It was a lot different. The cars were covered and spacious.
It was the only place we could smoke without being caught. :) Kids,,,
@talon1706 I remember that, too. Back then, they were more like the tram cable cars, similar to those found at ski resorts.
They were better.
I don't like the open ones they have now.(also similar to those found at ski resorts).
I never did like these.
I prefer the closed version. Just me

Thanks for the skyride at the CNE Johnny looks like a big fair you guys have in Toronto it's pretty well the same idea as our Calgary Stampede is but yours is in a much bigger scale. I really enjoy sky rides as well😊

I definitely need to come to Toronto when the Ex is on. I’m normally ok with heights but the Sky Ride does freak me out a bit because of the exposure. I’m sure I’ll be ok if I did it.

I must have set a record for getting barred from all the various games. I still remember the time I threw back to back 180's with house darts. I got barred from snooker balls on a pool table, darts, putting, knocking 5 pins down with a ball, breaking bottles with a hardball and rolling a bowling ball. I was healthy up to the the spring of 1997. They had pinball machines and pinball arcades if you go back far enough in time and then in latter year they just had two pinball machines at the Carlsberg pavilion.

Yes, the universal healthcare system in Canada is only for residents. You will need to pay for any medical care so travel insurance is a good idea.
