    I'm B1. Some words, such as meticulous and pragmatic, are common words. I encounter those words frequently in conversations.

      Yes! You may see or know the words before the level C1 or C2. They are assigned these levels as that's usually when they are commonly seen or used for the first time.

    Hi Claire I'm Nigerian. The word dilapidated we can use it in the road for example.this road is dilapidated building?

      Using 'dilapidated' directly for a road might not sound natural unless you specify 'condition' (This road is in a dilapidated condition) or use a more suitable word like 'damaged' or 'crumbling.'
