Fantastic Michelle!!!!! Enjoyed the process, make up, hair, dress...what a spectacular final photo! You must be pleased to bits. Really loved this xx
Thank you so much Rowan! It was a lot of fun and I'm happy with how it turned out! Thanks for watching!
🌹I am late to this video Michelle but I am here now. I absolutely love Norma Shearer! Yes I can see why people say she is your vintage doppelgänger. What a great compliment! You both are Beautiful! This was such a great recreation. Thank you and I sincerely look forward to your next video. ~Love&Light♥️Carli
Hi Carli, Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a very fun video to make and I'm so glad you enjoyed it! We hope to post a new video soon! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Gorgeous
Thank you! ❤️🥰
Your make up is beautiful! 🤩 The lips are done gorgeous. 👄 I like this style, classic and natural. I got a visagiste diploma when I was 19 years old, in 1989, when “the natural look” was getting in, with the big eyebrows like Brooke Shields.💄💅🏻
Norma Shearer is one of my all time favorites. Such an amazing actress, from her silent pictures to her talkies. This was a wonderful recreation! Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
You are so like Ms. Shearer in the recreation photos. Liked the dog added.
Thank you! I always like Lady Cookie to have a cameo, lol.
The way he copied the light, magic!
He or she??
@@ghazalgull2867 He. Bill Wadman the photographer.
Such a beautiful photo shoot! Bravo!!
Thank you so much! :)
I really enjoyed this video! You are so creative! You absolutely look like Norma Shearer, you can be her granddaughter. You are fantastic and I love your vintage style!!
Thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed the video! Thank you for watching and commenting!
My aunt was named after Norma Shearer. I just love this recreation. I also always learn something from your make up tutorials as well. Who knew you could conceal your eyebrows! Just love, love the final product.
Thank you so much! So glad you learn something from the makeup tutorials- there's always something to learn! Thank you for watching! :)
So glad to see the Tarte palette!! I’ve been using it exclusively for years to do my looks for period film and TV projects. The on set MUAs all seem to appreciate it.
It is a great palette! I don't use it a lot but should use it more. Thanks for watching!

Wundervoll 🌸🌸🌸🥰
WOW, I loved this, from start to finish! You really look a lot like Norma. Wonderful photography. So fun and informative.
Thanks Mom! Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Fantastic…. Such artistry
Thanks so much!
Clever photographer. What a fun video.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
I loved this.
I hope you consider doing more of these.
I personally don’t mind if you don’t look like the original model.
Just the whole process of trying to get the same picture, from background story of the pic/era, getting the outfit and accessories, the styling, to the photographer explaining something about photography the way it was in those days. (I may have developed a weeee crush on him 🤭)
Also, also: today I learned the flappy things are called barn doors and I love that.
Thank you Anna- so glad you loved it! I know I'd like to do at least one more of these, but we should do more than that. It is fun to do and I enjoy putting everything together. Not sure how many more we could talk Bill into doing though, lol. Glad you enjoyed it and learned something new! Thanks as always for watching and commenting!
What a STUNNING recreation!! You're so talented, my friend. And I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process!
OMG Gregory!!! Thank you SO much for watching and taking the time to comment!! Your comment is so special coming from you!! ❤️🥰❤️
Norma shearer is my idol.
you look a lot like norma naturally!!!
Before I forget, and because I don’t think I have mentioned this before: I really enjoy your background.
Love the decor, the whole vibe of “we’re visiting with you in your home”
I personally don’t mind the professional studio setup, green screen, artificial lighting, etc etc, that some people do.
But when watching something about vintage…. I dunno, I prefer just someone’s workspace, or living room, or sun room…
It just matches the vibe better in my opinion.
Thank you! We've talked about how it would be nice to have a studio too, and maybe we will have one in the future, but shooting in our living room does feel nice and homey and reflects who we are. Glad you enjoy that aspect of the videos! :)
Michelle, is it all your own hair on your head? Looking so think and pretty!
Before I put the wig on, yes that is all my own hair!
Where did you get the matte eyeshadow palette? I need it
It's the Tarte Amazonian Clay Matte Palette. If it's still being made I assume you can get it at Sephora.
Is it me, but you look alot like Sarah Jessica Parker. Anyway, you photo recreation is spot on.
I’ve heard that many times, especially during the early SATC years. Some people see it, some people don’t. Thanks for watching!
